Second visit this week and changed brakes & Tyres of my 2 cars, Customer service is outstanding. unfortunately No one can sit in the waiting area as AC is Horrific and not cooling at all. In fact last week we had to stand in the Convenience Store for 2 hours.

Very bad experience with new fast track station in Alkhal Road/ near of Albarsha ,, I trust them and they use a car oil not recommended to my car, next day my car engine sounds unbelievable noise . I check with professional mechanic shop , and they told me your should use the specific oil number as it’s writing clearly on the engine oil head cup ,I went back to Fast track team and I try to understand why they are not flow the instructions of the engine saying it’s W5- 20 not W20-50 , but they was unprofessional and they look at me like I’m asking them for a compensation ! But I’m not . I just want to fix my car and willing to pay whatever cost me !! Sadly they ignoring me , I try fo call the supervisor, he is a bit understand my concern but with no any help ! Then he asked me to come after 2-3 days ??? So I have to drive my car with this annoying sounds emitted from the car engine !! Latter on trying to send an email to Fasttrack head office to inform them abut my bad experience , unfortunately no one responds!

I had an emergency with my car last evening and has usual all the Recovery could offer was a jump start only. I someone made it to the closest service station open which was Fasttrack. Ansari was assigned to my case and he took care of it all. He not only fixed the problem, but identified a few red flags in my car and advised I be more diligent with car servicing. It can get a bit steep but so are genuine car parts.

One of my favorite things was that they’d give me a recommendation list to do and watch for. 5/5 would recommend.

I was very happy with their mobile battery service and highly recommend this company if ever you find yourself stuck with a dead car battery. My battery died last week in the middle of the day in Dubai Marina. As expected, it was a very inconvenient time to find out my car wasn’t starting. I called Fasttrack and had someone to come change the battery in under an hour! I’m not joking, he arrived after 40 mins and the car was working again 15 mins later. I didn’t expect to have everything resolved so quickly. Thank you Fasttrack!
