Staff here are super friendly, and they offered nice price. I felt comfortable even I didn’t know about cars.
Few times changed car oils from other garage, but I’d like to come here again for next.

Yesterday I had a flat tyre and upon inspection they told me I have to change of the front tyres due to internal damage which was unfortunate since the tyre had at least another 10k to run. After changing that tyre they convinced me to change the other front tyre otherwise the "car would not be balanced and I can encounter more noise at higher speed". They enticed to change the second tyre by giving a special discount available until end of the month (ie today!).
Since I was in a hurry and thought they have given me a discount I didnt bother to check elsewhere. Later in the day after researching on the net I found out exactly the same tyre around 30-50% cheaper. When I called to confront them they first claimed it is the system which gives the price, then the said the other sites may not be selling genuine tyres (which is not the case since these are reputed and big companies). They didnt seem to care or offer any resolutions.
Today this episode cost me 2,850AED around 1,000 AED more for tyres I probably didn't need to change (at lease one of them).
My word of advise either AVOID completely or at least make sure you check prices elsewhere.

I am one of the oldeset customer of this service centre. Patrick Rui who is working in the night shift is excellent and very professional. He looks into the minute details of the car and fixes it properly and professionally. I am changing my oil, brakes, tyres and small repairs from here. My car is well maintained because of Patrick and their service. They deliver on time. Patrick is a Highly professional Mechanic. The only negative thing is that high price for spares when compared to other workshops. I am going to this service centre just because of Patrick. He has excellent communication skills and best customer service attitude.
