Ordered Kiev cake thorough Deliveroo, the cake came with a hair in it and one hair inside the box. Restaurant didn’t want to refund instead they suggested to replace the order, while I don’t want a replacement from this place, as now I don’t trust the way they cook in their kitchen, I asked for a refund from Deliveroo and they refused doing it’s well. So at the end of the day nobody did anything! This is just ridiculous.

I am soory but i did not find meet inside this roll(( which is very sad((
I want to say that other things i order are good, but still i do not want to eat rice rolled in to cabage leave, the rice must be a minor thing in it.

Great little place for coffee and business meetings in JLT. Also some good lunch options especially if you want to try something different (East European options).

The staff is fantastic. Great service and hospitality - Good Job - Liz and Kritika.

This is my “Favorite Choice” for food in Dubai- great food, we had breakfast and lunch here and it was delicious..

Good fresh coffee, and the “Kachapura” was fantastic..!

The staff very friendly.. Kritika and Liselle were out going and welcoming.

For sure will come back here when I am back to Dubai

I’ve been ordering from favourite choice for two years now and the quality and consistency is excellent. The food is always fresh and very tasty. Particular favorites are the chicken Kiev, lettuce wrap and the piroshki. Always friendly service from Liezel and Kritika. Coffee is great too. Recommended for breakfast, lunch and dinner

The 2 stars given are for the staff and the food. I enjoyed visiting this restaurant and having been a regular for 2 years as my company and apartment are local. However, there was one day I asked for a small favour: I asked to take a few food containers away with me. The waitress said she would need to check with the owner. After checking she told me I would have to pay for them. I was shocked! After 2 years of custom, the owner still wanted to charge me for a handful of food containers. There are a lot of great restaurants in JLT and I would rather take my business elsewhere now.

I usually order small cheesecakes (syrniki), or cabbage rolls. Love it! But today I decided to order Chicken Kiev. Absolutely the best.
Service was as good as usually is.

Tried vinaigrette, pelmeni and Chicken Kiev. Everything was delicious and I liked it! I advise everyone who is interested or misses the dishes of Eastern Europe to visit this cafe!
