Seen some worst-experience reviews, But i had a great time. It took less than 10Mins to complete the entire process. Officers may react rugged but if you do what they said and act responsible then no one won't get offended.

Take a printout of the Appointment paper (EID registration)
Take the Medical certificate (e-version is ok),
original Passport

Depend on the crowd the process will be fast
1. Enter to the door
2. Get a token
3. Do your biometrics
4. Exit

This place is called Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security

It took 5 mins of waiting and 5 mins for the process to complete.

They will take the complete hand/all fingers and palm scan of left and right and a signature

This is same complex of Al Nahda Center by Dubai Health Authority

Place is clean and hygiene.

Excellent service! In and out within 20 mins.

I visited this place to get the fingerprints done for the Emirates ID requirement. It was a breeze!

As soon as you enter there's a reception from where you can get the token. They asked me for the application and status fit certificate.

Post getting a token you need to go to the hall which is just beside the entrance. And your token no. gets called out through TV visual and announcement. It'll basically tell you which booth to go to for the fingerprints.

Once it's called out, just go to the booth and share your application documents plus the passport. They'll take your fingerprints & signature and will return your document with a stamp on the application.

I entered the center at 2:14 PM and exited at 2:32 PM. Took less than 20 mins, can't complain.

There's parking available outside and it's a 15-20 mins walk from the Stadium metro.

It's very neat and a clean place, very comfortable seat ???? and they're called for the token on TV screen ,everyone be happy to wait for the call and wasting time ⏲️ I'm very happy when I visit in this beautiful centre....

They are fast , only took my time 20 minutes there ...just do a RT PCR test before coming and download the alhosn app . Don't know why people criticizing it...Take evening slot for fast process.

I see a lot of bad reviews for this place, but my visit was quick and easy. Showed up 5 mins before the appointment and all done in under 10mins, place wasn’t crowded at all.

So disrespectful guards and staff. You are not doing it for free, we are paying you fees and you are a service provider. Stop treating customers like you are above them.
They made so many people stand in queue in direct sunlight, no clear communication. Just blatantly asked to come back on another day after waiting in queue for more than an hour. Incompetency unlimited.

Very bad behaviour of security person on intrence .they are wrongly guid people .First saying come tomorrow same time then next day if you come same time then they are saying that wait for 3 hours.very bad experience. Management must rectify this problem ????
