I send money to pay for my mother's hospital bill and over 10days they haven't receive the money yet.i visited the branch several times (alkhai gate) ending meaningless service.dont fall victim they will give you headache.????????????

Bad experience the staff lady was so rude, i went to federal exchange in westzone alkhail gate, no apologize for the mistake she did and still charging the fee which is their mistake put amount the money, it’s ridiculous !!!

Bad experience today . Staff are not good and didn’t know what her job is lady (ANU) was told us that there was an issue about my sender but as per check in other counter at the same branch was there’s no any issues regarding with my transaction for receiving the money send by my love ones then after checking i try to check back to her and told her that there’s no issues but still she was telling the same issues without checking the system if i will not angry she will not check the system this is will be my last transaction for this exchange and i will do to inform my friends with this services.

I have been using Federal exchange for some good time but this time round I was so disappointed with there services because one of their staff(Mr.LAXMI) acted so unprofessional in away that ...we gave him the money and the correct number where he can deposit the money and he made an error on the mobile money number ie instead of writing 30 ,he wrote 80 .Since we were rushing,we realized this error after few minutes and we told him about his mistakes,we humblely requested him to stop the transaction and he said he is going to do so coz that wasn't the first time for something like that to happen.He asked us to wait for some few hours for the transaction to be canceled and then send the money back to to right number.Adamantly the guy (Mr. LAXMI
)didnt stop the transaction..so the money went to the wrong number.we tried to reach his Manager but still his manager was also insensitive we ended up loosing over 2900Aed because the staff didnt take an immediate action.I will never use this exchange again ????????
