I had a fantastic experience with my delivery. I used ShipMyBag to courier some suitcases to Dubai from the UK. They used FedEx as their courier, and I had a fantastic experience at both sides.

I would like to say a special thank you to Abdul Manaf. After I put the wrong building in the address line, he was kind enough to move everything to the correct location and let me know my packages were safe and sound where they should have been. I made a mistake and cost him time from his day, but he was courteous and easy to deal with, and made sure everything was delivered as it should be.

Totally useless Company. Failed to deliver and only provide automated customer service contact routes which are pure garbage as far as specific and helpful information.
Most incompetent business in the industry.

What a horrible service for such a big company, this the 3rd time my package gets delayed from your side for no reason, you don't even inform the customer if they agree to change the delivery date, your horrible company just changed the date by itself.

I will never ever deal with you again and I hope no one will send me anything via your horrible service

Worse kind of delivery they took my extra money for fast delivery and then the Rider will not even pick up my calls and later tells me that he can't come to my location since he has 40 deliveries

It is just a matter of time until FedEx goes out of business with this customer service and tactics to get rid of customers with their answering robot voice.
Once you finally get someone on the phone by repeating # they don’t care and not even an apology or compensation.

Terrible service from start to finish. Pickup was an hour late, 4.30 when 3.30 was specified as the latest time. Rude driver came to the door with nothing, I made him go down get the envelope so I could see my stuff go in it. Delivery was originally quoted as before noon, then changed on the tracking to before end of day, then didn't arrive, tracking showed it's in Singapore, not even in Hong Kong where it's supposed to be. Grossly overpriced too. Utterly useless.
