This DWTC drop off point is marked incorrectly on the map and no longer exists even though the call center dude was convinced it does and sent me the same redundant link.

The worst service ever. The shipment is stuck at the customs at the destination country for a month. Despite all the complaints raised there’s no progress at all. They just keep saying that they’ve updated the information and will contact me shortly but no one ever reached out to me.

I do not know about other people, maybe I am constantly lucky, but they deliver parcels to me faster than the deadline and the delivery providers are adequate. If you are not happy with their service then try the ugly Aramex and you will feel the full power of mediocrity and humiliation in this sector. I have such experience.

If you are ordering anything from USA, don’t even try to pay for priority shipping because someone here at fedex UAE will delay your package arrival and will text you for a false delivery.

Love that it gives you the option of not doing the whole walk. Car park was easy to find and signage was very clear to get to the falls.

Park here if the main car park is busy or if you don't want to or can't walk as far as this cuts out a lot of the walking. Walk down to the falls and when you've seen them just turn around to get back to the car park. You can loop around but it takes a lot longer.
