Superb!!

My first time visiting the salon and this was the best experience ever!

Honestly one of the best Moroccan hammam’s I have ever had by a professional (thank you Fatima)!! This was followed by an amazing manicure / pedicure and then superb blow dry.

Definitely my new favourite salon!

Femaled salon has some of the one of the best services to offer in the area .Shout out to the staffs Hussam and Kash for being most knowledgeable , enthusiastic about their services and a special shout out to Fatima for giving me one of the best morroccan bath as well as a much relaxing massage . Highly recommended !!
P.S—-Being in arabic region yes most of the staffs are comfortable in speaking Arabic, you might face a little bit of language barrier but there would always be someone to translate it for you .

I went for Moroccan bath , manicure , pedicure and blowdry. Service was amazing, staff are very friendly .. the Moroccan hamam was just perfect with 10 min of massage as well. I had manicure & pedicure too .. the ladies did good job. blow dry also nice.

My first time here and I absolutely love it. Their customer service is amazing. Loved the way they make you feel comfortable. Staff are very friendly. Moroccan bath was amazing. Quite exfoliating and was just not hushed hushed. Mani Pedi was also done with care. Overall I loved being there. Kudos to the management & all the staff!!

I was impressed with the eye lashes extension when i visited a month ago, hence I took my daughter back for hair treatment and myself for Morrocan bath with massage.

We've made appointment and arrived on-time but clearly the staff were not ready nor looking professional either. The Morrocan bath lady was still enjoying her cup of tea. The steam room was not prepared for arrival, it was still not fully hot even when I finish my bath.

Upon finishing my bath, it was to be followed by the massage. When I was to leave the bathing area to massage room. I see a male in the middle of the salon while I was just wrapped in a towel. Of course this is NOT ACCEPTABLE! Since when female salon allow male staff?

I then waited in the massage room for over 20 mins with no one coming in. So i have to go outside to asked. The only staff who can speak English said she's busy with my daughter and I'll have to wait for her.

This is awful management of staff and no sense of customer service. Surely no one is silly enough to wait and tolerate bad service! Hence I got change and not wanting any other service.

While I was waiting for my daughter, the staff was trying to tell me to take the massage but I said as I'm already unhappy with the situation why should I prolonged suffering?! Then it was the owner shouted over the phone to the staff, the male hairdresser doesn't speak English either. It was just a total mess!!!!

Going to a salon is to enjoy the treatment and relaxation ???? Yet this is nothing but stress, frustration and pain

While all these unfold my daughter is still in the midst of her treatment, so i wait on the side. The owner then show up and asked of the situation so I've explained all and decline to take on any other treatments.

While my 11 years old daughter suffer in the hands of the male hairdresser. As per the hair treatment it required the hot hair iron, this guy has no sense of care. Burnt several times of my daughters scalp and poked her eye with the hair brush. SHE WAS IN TEARS ???? when we left..... she tried to tell the guy, he either doesn't understand or just ignored her.

We paid for everything and left. My daughter wrote her feelings about her experience on Google Map and the owner of this salon WhatsApp to question me on why and threatened in saying we're discrediting their business under UAE Law.

The fact is we are merely explaining the truth of our experience. There is law in UAE said no male in Female salon, they have already broken the rule. The staff seems under qualified with their work as I've seen no technician certification on display.

There's plenty of salon in Dubai to go and this one will not be one of them

My first time there and absolutely dreadful. First, a male hairdresser in a female salon like how is this acceptable. Second, he did not care if you got hurt. I had been burnt by the amount of times my head was hit by a straightener and poked in the eye. Despite me trying to tell him stop and he barely speaks any English.
