A horrible service over the what’s app. And online support. I’m existing customer, The person who is responded today on what’s app to me just now, can’t be bothered to respond properly on the product. On availability itself. He also refused to provide me on price on the exact material I have asked.

Then now hiding pretending there is no one at the store as he wishes not to pass the phone to anyone else. Neither wish to share his name.

I have to drive 3h just to go to the store to get the price for the material I have asked, as he can’t be bothered to share information of the material wide and price!!!

This is simply not acceptable. And I expect managers to contact me back

One of the best haberdashery stores in town with a great selection of sewing, knitting and craft supplies, yarn, and sewing accessories. All reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Really kind staff and great selection. Scissors, thread, macrame thread, knitting accessories. You can also find all kind of materials.

A lot of beads and other decorative a accessories for creative sewing.

Thanks Fida, your staff has been extremely patient and helpful in finding the right ribbon and the correct amount needed for my furniture.

I have been there many times, they have a good assortment, but the staff is every time impatient, even when there is no customers in the shop. Some of the vendors and specially the manager are rude and they don't care if you complain how you are been treated in their shop.
