The gym is good but , the management has failed to emphasize the rules about health and safety, customers come inside the gym with proper PPE , no towels it’s so disgusting people sweat on machines and just leave with out cleaning ! Which is un healthy and trainers don’t care to tell their customers to bring towels

Gym is better as per the location very Good service and Good Staff Humble and very Attentive and but only one more multi machines should be there it's missing it's available only one, but during busy hours people are waiting for their tongue to use the machines,
but Talal mall I mean to say the premises is Also good but one thing was disgusting about facility management, washroom lights are not working more than 3months and toilet are very dirty and bad and not clean probably even washbasin has broken since long time,
So will suggest if you want to visit so Be Remind this.

There is one leg workout machine's wire was broken from long time but still not fixed

Im anandhu in this gym for 4 month , from the beginning of the day the trainers has been very knowledgeable and I am very happy to say that my physical changes are all done by the trainers here

I was a day patient having carpel tunnel surgery on the elective orthopaedic ward 16 May 2023, I was very apprehensive about but the staff put me at easy and were second to none from the amazing nursing care I received... to the anaesthetist who looked after me all the way through the procedure was marvellous! My surgeon how's name I can't remember made me feel very relaxed before surgery. Can not thank the team enough. My hand is now back to what was over four years ago.
Should be four & half stares.

My mother in law attended for an investigation in the scoping department. A fabulous team of professional, caring and supportive staff ???? ❤️. They made her feel at ease immediately and the procedure was carried out to a positive ending. Marvellous team indeed. Thank you Team for the care and compassion shown to this incredibly brave 90 year old lady who deserved the best possible care and received exactly that. ???? & 5*

Went to pgi last night the female doctor what was on was fantastic and the male triage nurse was bloody brilliant they both could not have done any more for my daughter so well done to both of you and thankyou for all your hard work.

If you have something heavy like broken legs or different heavy problems they can’t even help you they will say to drive to penderfield hospital. You will wait long time until someone will approach you

I had a hip replacement in pontefract hospital. The care I received was second to none. Thank you to everyone involved.

Came in for hip replacement surgery on elective orthopaedic suite was made welcome and put at ease straight away the nurses are fantastic with compassion and care i was looked after extremely well i have a great deal of respect for the nurses and all staff

I was a day patient having ankle surgery on the elective orthopedic ward yesterday 4th Sept, the staff were second to none from the amazing nursing care I received... to the anesthetist who looked after me all the way through the procedure and walked me through every step... she was marvellous! and my wonderful surgeon who made me feel very at ease before surgery. Can not thank the team enough.

Appreciate rubbish hospital.
My wife went from a baby scan even though I had my face covering exemption round my neck I was asked to show a letter fromthe doctor to prove it, considering no other hospital asks for this letter I stopped carrying it round with me and they refused me to go in with my wife, when I asked the receptionist why I got a snoty reply saying its standard in all hospitals in Yorkshire but when I mentioned a hospital in South Yorkshire she got snappy and said that's not in mid Yorkshire. When I mentioned 3 other hospitals in West Yorkshire she said I was lying. It's not how I got trained in customer service
