I am sorry to report that the customer service with the Dubai First Bank has been poor. There is an utter disconnect between the bank and the agent. The agent has not clearly conveyed that membership fee would be charged upfront for their esteemed services. And customer experience has been poor since there is no resolution and the management cannot help in any way. This is also important to note that it is not the case with FAB as a whole, this issue is only with Dubai First services.

I would give a 0 rating. They do not have decency to speak to customers, as if they are doing a favour on us. The worst customer service I have seen from a reputed bank like FAB. There is a Lady called Sukanya, Linu and person called Nitesh. They are so arrogant and insensitive. I would never deal with the bank

Dont get into the trap of their credit card. I have applied for a credit card when one of its employee was behind me for one month and he told me its a life time free card. when the card came to deliver through DHL I came to notice that its having annual subscription and DHL executive was asking to sign bank terms and conditions. Since I was note ready to sign on terms and conditions to a delivery boy it was returned. Now bank is sending statement after month asking to pay 1200 dhs with penalties though I havent recieved the card. this credit card and the sales guys are cheaters. dont get into their traps please.

I have worst experience in fab bank. I dont have any loan and I have saving account, its deducting 200 aed every month without any reason. We open account to save money not to give money freely to bank. Worst bank ever I got in my life . Closing soon account.

Dubai first credit card is a worst credit card. The agent and and bank both manipulated with me and they gave membership fee even they told me if you spend money here there… like that. Very very lair they are

The bank ist simply the worst. Every time I have to see my banker he makes me wait. He also doesn’t show up to online meeting or is late. This whole organization is just not customer focused. AVOID IT IF YOU CAN

Mohamed Khaled the banker that works here at this location needs to be fired. He gets an F grade for his poor work skills and even poorer customer service.
As soon as we sat down to open an account, his demeanour was unpleasant. He seemed to get annoyed when asked simple questions about the account and would answer rudely. He was also in a huge rush to finish, he even put the wrong address purposely for our account because he didn’t want to wait 10 seconds while knowing that we were pulling the address up on our phone.
When asked why he was acting in such a manner, he started complaining that the bank has closed now thats why. We got there well before the banks closing time and waited in line for almost 45 min. But he seemed annoyed at doing his job and following their own policy.
I will make sure to make a formal complaint to FAB Corporate Headquarters about him.
They need to know about his work ethics and hopefully get rid of him or discipline him so others wouldn’t get the same experience we had. I’m sure plenty have had a bad experience with him
