Little wonder why this FAB BRANCH has very low rating because of the attitude of the staff. Went there to open a bank account as recommended by my colleagues which they said just go there with your emirates ID and they’d activate the account for you. I travelled all the way to this bank to open my account and the told me I had to present my salary certificate, emirates ID and passport. I asked by are others doing it only by emirates ID even right in front of me the guy asked another customer only for emirates ID. Why do I need to bring all these documents which already negates all your adverts of fast activation of accounts with only emirates ID. The staff who was assisting me told me because “AFRICANS too much problem and your nationality also too much problem” that’s why? You put an uneducated person with a very zero communication skill and lack of etiquette to assist customers…..It’d have been a zero star if that was available. The lady on the reception when I walked in already gave me a bad impression that I wasn’t welcome. I walked up to her and said hi good morning before she opened her mouth to say “YES?” Very bad! I’d never recommend this bank to anyone. Bad branch

Pathetic service right from the bank till the customer care center. Never take any credit card or open an account with them.Still the system is very slow here and they are from 1950's you have to waste your time efficiency to get a reply. I urge from every middle class person to escape away from this bank. Or have an banking guide for every transaction you make. I have dealt with all the major banks in UAE but FAB is the worst when it comes to customer service.

The bank account was auto closed that i opend through application. When i visited the branch from customer support service Amith Kumar handled my case . It was such a smooth process and Amith was very helpful with providing with right information and providing right suggestions. Five stars for Amith .

Staff here keep stalling and making you feel uncomfortable. Guy on the counter had a bad breath and was very slow. I almost fell down. Cleaning with so much water on the floor without any signage! Bad bad bad!

Never take FIRST DUBAI AND FAB CREDIT CARD when took this card they said free of life no Annual charged once i activate this card they put liability AED 418. The annual fees they charged even i just activate the card & the person who gave me card now he is making excuses start using the card you will get the money reverse later he start saying sometimes we forgot to inform these small things but they are cheating with customers. Same thing with customer service they said if you have any issue don't use card but you have to pay that amount.

Disgusting service. I requested for account closure 2 months back, and they called and told me to make my account 0.00AED balance then only they could proceed. I followed their instruction but they dint deactivate my account now every month due to Zero balance they charging penalty of 200AED per month. Even not replying to my emails. Please never open an account here????????

I took Dubai first cashback card. Agent told me this is free for life credit card and I believed on him.

When I activated the CC it shows 418.95 Annual fees with VAT.

I spoke with bank's agent again, he replied I am new in this bank so I didn't know much about the policies.

The problem is from the sales agent, who is lying a lot.

So my advice to be aware from the sales agent of the DFB and do not believe on their words.

Dubai first credit card is a worst credit card. The agent and and bank both manipulated with me and they gave membership fee even they told me if you spend money here there… like that. Very very lair they are

Best pharmacy I have ever been to by far better than Lloyd's and boots and you don't have to wait long once you have handed in prescription I cannot rate the staff highly enough

Horrible customer service from the staff at this pharmacy to refuse a customer the right to service for being exempt from mask wearing is completely disgusting this will be taken further as it breaches section 13(1) of the equality act
