It has been 10days after requesting Liability Letter, made several calls to contact center to follow up. Still have not received the Letter!

FAB bank generally with their horrible customer service always find an excuse to delay and not get the job done. I’ve had years of issues on multiple accounts, i.e. this particular employee, Sakthi Nachimuthu, at the Healthcare City branch while following up with a query he provides wrong information & purposely ignores phone calls for months.
Horrible, horrible, horrible!

If google provides an option to post negative starring, i would love to do that. I visited this healthcare city branch week before to recall my transaction with another bank, the officer was not knowing what has to be the procedure to be followed. Agreed, probably a new joinee. But later after she told me she will revert to me with feedback after contacting the bank within 24hrs, shared her mobile number. By this day, neither she called me nor she tackled my case to get my money back. I called her several times and i am fortunate that she picked my call twice and repeated the same dialogue " i will call you". This bank never serves the customer nor exercise any customer rights. Ignorant people on both customer care center (most of them) and on the office desks. It is customer responsibility that we should follow them and get the required done and is a tireless effort until we reach that point. The worst customer care ever and never changed it in several couple of years. Its to my surprise that in this competitive customer oriented era, such a bank who just not even touching the basic customer needs, if not making delighted/satisfied customers. Utter waste to deal with.

This branch can be readily seen as you turn left at the trafic signal at the intersection where one enters the Wafi Mall to the right. The problem is that the parking is way in the back of this branch and the street leading to the paid parking spaces go away from the branch without a chance to back up to them. The bank entrance and the ATM are inside the building.

Dubai first credit card is a worst credit card. The agent and and bank both manipulated with me and they gave membership fee even they told me if you spend money here there… like that. Very very lair they are

Nothing would happen and no one would bother coz that's how the banking services are here. Elite customer of this bank and am asked to come back after some time (not telling after how long) as the manager is OUT. DURING WORKING TIMES. Basic service required and the wait has been more than 2 hours. No one to reply, no one has a clue. Pathetic to say the least..... if ANY CUSTOMER services team is looking into these, they MUST look into the feedback that customers are giving for this branch. There is something more than business sometimes..... its called ethics and care.

I have used the deposit ATM machine. No rush at all. 2 machines were available. At the side of the building RTA parking available.

Very very slow service, it’s almost comical how slow they are. If you want to see customer service expect to wait hours, my last visit took 3-4 hours for. 60 second interaction, today I am
Sat here for 1 hour already and unlikely I will be seen within another another hour.
