Very, very, very bad. Customer service is bad. No one answers questions. All customers complain about this branch inside the mall. I have a very bad experience. I have a problem and they cannot solve it. This is very strange.
I hope from the First Abu Dhabi Bank Center. Improve the service in this center

Poor service the customer service guy in counter 3sitting in not calling the next number while chatting on their phones. To top one them number 3 comes out change the number for one customer give him/her elite token while we are waiting with baby and nobody cares.

regarding the closure of my loan. They were very unhelpful and gave poor service since the beginning. I feel like my bank is not hearing me and doesn't care about my concerns.
The branch manager was not able to answer my questions and not interested in helping .
Despite banking with them for the past few year I have come to a decision to close all my account all due to this experience

Everybody here is sharing their negative experience and I just wanna say thank you to the manager of Mall the Emirates Branch: Amir, he helped me to close my account and resolved all issues, signed and received my papers which I sent and was very helpful and polite. FAB may sometimes has difficulties in service, however, the Bank is very solid, huge and reliable. Currency rates are normal, fees and charges for transfers are low!

I experienced such bad service from one of the consultants. I needed to know the accounts options because I want to open an account and the level of disrespect I got was shocking, I just left. The consultants name is Amjadali Ali

With all the one-star ratings (and some wanted to give zero) here, I was hesitant to give a one-star review as well...but if this is what's needed to open the eye of management, then I have to do it. My story is similar to others. I was asked to call the call centre, because the branch customer care representative said he cannot help me, no access, etc. I just wanted my account to be closed. I called from the phone near the ATM's just beside the branch. The call centre agent told me, I must visit the branch. I went back inside, the representative consulted with the branch manager, and he told me to wait for a call after 2 days max. He will make the request today, and tomorrow or after 2 days I can come back to the branch. Guess what, today is the 7th day! Looks like I will become a frequent visitor of the branch too ! If anyone from the bank is reading this, please take all criticisms constructively. Not all customers want to do this for fun, or to damage your reputation. If you just try to work out what can possibly be done to address the complaints, then you will find yourselves satisfied customers and good ratings in the future... all the best !

We got the ticket C140 and were waiting in the long queue. Once we went to the manager he started shout at us right a way with the words “CALL TO CONTACT CENTER”. We tried to explain that only Robot is available and no one can assist during the call and he continued very loudly shouting at us with the words “IT’S NOT MY BUSINESS!!! GO AND CALL CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Get OUT OF HERE! I WILL NOT ASSIST YOU!”

We’re really shocked! This is the first time we met such a attitude in customer service, especially in bank.

We don’t know if anyone from FAB is going to take an action on it, but we already gave up.

No one in customer service is actually assisting the clients and no one from the social media team is taking care about online complaints.

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE. I can’t believe I saw all the reviews with 1 Rating. If there is 0 I can give. From the security who’s so rude. When you step in, he would ask you, why you click on this! You will wait 30 mins, with a shouting voice. The teller was so rude & unhelpful just because of simple mark on the cheque. Worst ever bank!

I'd honestly give this car park a fat zero if I could. They have closed off at least three levels off indefinitely due to "Anti social kids throwing water balloons off the top". What's to stop the kids throwing water balloons from levels 1,2, 3 & 4?. The capacity of this car park is far too small now and causes absolute chaos. Cars are having to drive back down to rejoin the endless queue. Sort your car park out...
