The item in question is a Swing Car - Blue, and unfortunately, it arrived in a severely damaged condition.

I had eagerly anticipated the arrival of the Swing Car, as it was meant to be a birthday present for my child. However, upon opening the package, I was shocked to discover that the item had suffered considerable damage during transit. The wheels were bent out of shape, the frame was cracked, and there were visible scratches and dents all over.
Furthermore, I would appreciate if you could enhance your quality control measures and packaging procedures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Customers rely on your company to deliver products in excellent condition, and I trust that you will take my feedback into account to maintain your reputation for providing high-quality goods and services.

We have not received our refund till date.

I received the package when i opened it the formula powder Similac number 3 800g was dropped in the box. When i opened the container the seal was broken and the container was damaged. Immediately in 5 minutes of receiving the package I called the customer service and raised the, Cynthia told me to email her the picture of the container to her work email, she said she will raise the issue and give me a call next day but there wasn’t any from her next 2 days so on the 3rd day which is a Sunday I called up customer service again it was Whal this time and Cynthia had an weekly off, will check with Cynthia since she was handling it and he got back to me saying Cynthia did not receive my email but it was false since Cynthia received my email and replied that she has already escalated the issue, i emailed again to Cynthia and at customer service email after a week Cynthia got back to me to wait for the email to hear back but nothing then finally more then a week back she told me it’s return is accepted, i told her my timing since I work but the pickup person called me at 5.15pm i tld him come after 30 mins as I will be reaching home he directly said he can’t and he will come nxt day same timing and cut the call and delivery so nxt day full day I waited but there wasn’t any pickup so i called the driver and he was extremely rude he said he is off and he can’t come and its not his responsibility to see the timing so talk to customer service, I calledup customer service again and told them all and gave them my timings but still there wasn’t any pickup, i called up again and there customer service can’t give me confirm pickup date and they expect me to be available on the spot when there is a pickup, so should i leave my work and be at home.
It’s baby formula milk if the seal is broken then why wasn’t it checked before delivery and why didn’t the delivery person handle it properly that the container got damaged, how can anyone give a broken seal formula milk to the baby may be it’s contaminated and i can’t play with my babies life.
This is a horrible site to shop with worst customer service.

I bought a Dyson V12 for 1600 aed from this app.
Once I received it, I noticed that it has been used. I asked for a refund right after I opened the box.
It’s been 10 days that I am trying to return it back to them and get my money back. I have never faced similar issues here in the UAE before since I did purchase with firstcry app.
I’m sure there are some agents to look over these issues with online applications. If anyone knows please share it with me.
I also sent them pictures to prove it. But it seems they don’t care if they lose customers.
It is so disappointing.
Now I know why it prices was less than other sellers.

I paid for a new blusher and this what I got! BROKEN item, now I can't return it because It's a makeup even though it's not my fault!! Look at their poor packaging!!
When I called them, the customer service lady pretend that she couldn't hear me lol
Don't you ever order from them!

I’ve been your customer for a while and I was very happy with you service till my recent experience when I requested a return of the steamer/ blinder when I’ve noticed that I've ordered it without a timer and I've made the return request within two hours for the time that I’ve received the product and ordered the correct one with the timer and you can check your system. I’ve sent all the required pictures as per the instruction from your team and I thought the process will be smooth but so far i did not receive any acknowledgment for my request and this is not as per the return policy that you have published on your website.

I had a very poor experience ordering from firstcry. They sent me a non sealed defective baby light and despite multiple follow-up emails and calls , customer service was claiming that the defect is related to my miss-use. the item is pending for 4 weeks now unwilling to take action and collect it , they offered me a repair for the defect , i am not sure if this is a second hand item or what!. They just don’t care for customer concerns , it takes alot of time and effort to endup no where communication with them, so i don’t recommend them. The items can be found elsewhere on other e-commerce sites with a more customer focus policy.

My wife and I spoke to Firstcry representative several time to return a faulty Dyson vacuum cleaner with a video proof and requested for the money as it is an expensive product. They took the vacuum back and delivered back in our door step with out informing us. We called the representative again and said please take it back and return the money as we don’t trust this brand anymore and we bought a new vacuum but it’s been a more than a month there is no solution. We spoke to more than 5 customers agents and they kicked us like football and wasted our time. Every time they promised that they will call back with solution but no one ever called back until today. This shows how the care for their loyal customers and wasting their time. We been a long time firstcry customers and this time it’s surprising why they had become worse.
Friends,
Please avoid ordering expensive electronics online even if there is discount. This is one of the worst online experience we had and will never order from Firstcry.

Why didn't I check the very low Google reviews before purchasing?! I completely agree with everyone.

Received a damage package and when I accidentally shaked the package it sounded like loose broken pieces. Finally upon opening the package the item was dirty and looked used. I have absolutely not approved second hand products for regular prices.

It also took so long to be able to return the damaged package and of course we were not able to receive cash back. You have to write all your bank details and receive it to your account, but it doesn't seem safe AT ALL.
