Very small gym. Poor equipment. Smelly changing rooms and toilets. Staff kick you out of training areas and jam everyone into a room that has no space for everyone to train.
Warehouse Gym costs the same and worth the cost. Also their staff are much more proactive and friendlier

They have an app which is rubbish which let's you book classes in all the gyms regardless of your membership. And then they tell you you can't access when you show up for the class. And the app doesn't say which club is titanium or platinum so you have to investigate and find out which is what. It would be easier to find a better gym!

We were quite excited to see a good menu with fairly high price meals as we really don’t mind paying for a quality experience and good food.
However when the food arrived we realised we were in for a disappointing meal.
The food was misdescribed so what you think you are getting is far from what you end up with.
When I complained I felt they were quite condescending and were not apologetic at all so we ate as much of the sub standard food as we could manage and paid in full and left.
They need to either lower their prices or cook food that lives up to expectations.
We won’t go back or recommend anyone to visit this place.
I can see they don’t respond to complaints even on here so I’m guessing they will just carry on charging you all high prices for low value meals as long as they can get away with it

The roast beef was perfectly cooked (if you like it slightly pink - as we do).
Good sized portions on all plates. Great value for money. Cheers guys!

We had my mothers 80th here this evening. They couldn’t be more accommodating letting us set the room up an hour before mum arrived.
The food……absolutely awesome! My chicken supreme was out of this world so thank you to the chefs. All 17 of us had a gorgeous meal with bread and garlic bread to start given to us that we didn’t even know about.
The waitresses were flat out but still worked hard to look after us extremely well. We helped them clear our plates onto another table near the door to make the their lives easier. Even when we arrived to set up she immediately asked if we wanted a drink. Brilliant!
Mum had such a great time and thank you Crown for doing what you did. We all loved it. 10/10

We had high hopes, and had heard very good things, but unfortunately we won't return.
The food was excellent, no complaints at all, but the service was abysmal. We were seated for nearly 20 minutes before a server reluctantly came over, after I had made eye contact. She gave a little eye-roll to announce her irritation. Once we had had our mains, there was another delay. A different server came to ask if we wanted pudding, but left without taking our order as we still hadn't had our plates cleared. Another person then cleared our plates, but still no return of a server to take our pudding requests. After another 10 minutes or so, I did politely ask Miss Eye Roll if we could order pudding. She replied, yes I'll be there in a minute. She didn't return. Finally finally yet another server came, and we completed our meal. Such a shame ☹️

I ordered a chicken burger, as did my wife's friend's husband, and both were overcooked. I requested no coleslaw, and when the meals arrived neither of us had coleslaw, and when we queried this the waitress said it didn't look very nice so didn't give it either of us.
My wife's friend's ribs were not served at the same time as my wife's as they said it had fallen on the floor! They did arrive a couple of minutes later though, so they obviously had more ready to go (I hope). The mash was lumpy, and as my wife ordered new potatoes she was served a plate of undercooked green potatoes.
As I said the ribs were cold and inedible, and we refused to pay for them. We did pay for the burgers grudgingly, but it is not an experience we will be repeating.

If you're gluten free this is a dream, there was one main meal, ONE, that wasn't gluten free or able to be made gluten free. For then first time in a very long time, I was spoilt for choice.
Service was great, food was fantastic. Will definitely come again!
