Really bad experience with this garage. A person name Sonu took me to a different garage "Sandeep Auto Garage" in Al Qouz itself. I wanted to fix my pathfinders cruise control. They had no clue how to fix it. They were checking youtube for repairing tutorials and also cut a part of my bumper stating that its a blockage. Even after that they cudnt fix it and were asking for money for the damage they did to my car. Its a scam. Not recommended. Pictures attached (the cut the made had nothing to do with the sensor)

This is the worst garage I have ever dealt with. I'm not sure even why they named it fix it garage because they really don't know how to fix anything in a car. They just try to guess what the problem is and when the issue is not resolved they come up with the most ridiculous excuses like oh sorry the person working on your car was an electrician not a mechanic and was therefore not able to identify the problem. Its really embarrassing for people working in a garage to come up with such excuses as they do not really help their case and instead only reflect the poor level of service. They don't even have the decency to give you a refund or admit that they could not identify the problem.

I could go on and on about how frustrated I am with these people but the damage is already done to my car. Bottom line, stay away from these thieves. I would really try to sue them and put them in jail if I had the time and money. I think they deserve a zero star rating but unfortunately the minimum I could give them is one.

The worst garage i have been ever deal with in my entire live
(lying to the customers,
- Taking over extra charges,
- No experience even in in car maintenance ,
- Its all about guessing --u003e changing the part --- u003e charge the customer and at the result the problem will come again)

Please don't go there to not be fooled

Vehicle service and customer service both are terrible they couldn’t do change a timing belt properly from first time and they had to send recovery to fix what they have done, imagine a brand new car sounds like a tractor and later after 9 days they ask me to pay for recovery!!!
Don’t recommend it ever to anybody

This is the wosrt service center providing worst service and the staf is not professional at all.. I dont recommend to visit. I lost 1000 aed for nothing.

Amazing fast and friendly service. We got two cars repaired and were very satisfied. Sonu is great with communicating over WhatsApp. The price was probably the best part of our experience. Great prices. We highly recommend their services to anyone ????

Its the worst garage ever u can go nobody understands the is doing the owner only want to collect money by fooling the customers he never fix anything and he is worth than anything can describe and I have my own evidence my advice to everyone.
Stay away from that garage
