I am deeply disappointed by the abysmal customer service and overall experience I encountered at this supermarket. Recently, I placed an order for 5kgs of Wheat flour, and to my dismay, the product turned out to be bitter. Despite my complaint, they refused to accept the return, leaving me dissatisfied and frustrated.

The behavior of the staff was equally disheartening, as they displayed rudeness and lack of professionalism during the entire ordeal. It was extremely off-putting to be treated in such a manner, especially as a loyal customer for over a year.

What is even more alarming is the possibility of them selling expired products. The incident with the Wheat flour raises significant concerns about the quality and freshness of the items they offer. It is deeply troubling to consider that customers may unknowingly purchase outdated goods from this establishment.

My trust in this supermarket has been completely shattered after this experience. As someone who valued their services for an extended period, it is disheartening to see how they have let me down. I can no longer justify supporting a business that exhibits such disregard for customer satisfaction and product quality.

In conclusion, I regret to say that I will never consider ordering from this supermarket again. The lack of attention to customer concerns, coupled with the possibility of selling expired items, has undermined any confidence I once had in their services. I hope that this feedback serves as an eye-opener for the supermarket and the customer to address these issues and improve their standards for the sake of their customers.

One of the best Indian Super Markets in the Discovery Gardens. Comparatively less price and good quality products.

Good Super market store in Discovery Gardens. We get all types of groceries and vegetables at a very reasonable rate. The staff is also cooperative.

1-29 AED store is still cheap & affordable. Meat & fish section is pricey compared to other super markets.

Fresh jack fruit is there for those who fancy a meat curry. The selection of rice is good too.

Good place. You can add mostly all day to day items here. This place turns out to be a saver sometimes .

The worst experience. These people are utter unprofessional and out of senses. I shopped for 500 dirhams and my groceries were too heavy that one can carry by self. I was with 2 kids and pregnant women, I was about to use their cart stroller for 2 mins to car but their management refused with no common sense. No value to customer, such a pathetic place and experience. If you are so concerned about your strollers, you must take them all and stop your business. No ethics, no common sense, completely nonsense and extremely pathetic. Disgusting service and value to customers. All their prices are exaggerated and so fake in deceiving the customers.

To store manager - you are such a pathetic person to decide a rule of not carrying carts to car. I understand on the flip side of your pain, everyone takes carts and cares not to bring them back. Here is what I would suggest to your pathetic fear despite of such a high charging supermarket in discovery, put a tag at your super market that all customers are strictly allowed only to use the carts inside of the supermarket and are strictly not allowed to take them out but they are allowed to do a whole lot of shopping with no facilitation from Flavors to help carry the goods? |This is idiotic.......
