The music was so loud to compensate for low number of guests. This is supposed to be a classy venue, the music choice was semi-ok but I hated the deafening volume. Please have some respect and consideration to your guests who maybe just came to relax and be in peace, or have conversations with their friends without having to overly shout.
The waiters need more training. Please offer lemon and ice with any water, since you are a 5* establishment - or at least ask the customer or take notice what their preferences are. Basic hospitality is not rocket science, especially when the venue is not even busy.
Is it not possible to dim the lights a little lower after sunset? It’s literally impossible to even see burj Al Arab view in the nighttime when the lights are on full bright inside the venue.

I loved the rooftop Floor 24 it’s a very nice place to get the stress out especially after a long day you can come and relax it’s a very calm place. I loved my drink Matua S blanc white wine from NewZeeland.
The staff are very friendly, the place is so clean I’ll definitely go back here.

Amazing place with an amazing view and amazing stuff… Especially Sabina and Aziza made our visit very special with their positive vibes and attitude. It felt like home thanks to their warm hospitality. Thank you!

We had the most perfect time with Claudia! She took really good care of us as it was our last night in Dubaï. We had a great table with a nice view on Dubaï by night.
Claudia was the perfect waitress that made our time unforgettable! ????

Fabulous experience! Wonderful greeting at the front desk by Sabrina...the roof top terrace is stunning and when I got a little cold I was given a shawl to keep me warm... a lovely touch I won't forget!
