Room amenities were adequate, but limited compared to other on-par hotels.
Staff member who checked us in was polite but could have at least looked remotely interested.
All other staff were pleasant and courteous enough.
The soap dispenser in the shower was broken when we arrived and I’m surprised that this was not picked up during room cleaning between hotel guests. Once reported however, a handyman promptly attend and quickly replaced the unit.
Location is good with the Mall of the Emirates being a 10 minute walk away. This is also where the metro can be accessed.
The pool is a bit small but for the smaller-scale hotel; is okay. The isn’t many deck chairs around the pool, so keep this in mind when the hotel may be busy.
Unfortunately, the ordering of room service was made difficult by nobody answering the phone when called on three, separate occasions. We had to call guest services who eventually put me through to someone who took my order. The food itself was delivered quickly, tasted quite nice and fairly priced.
In summary, a nice stay at a well-rounded hotel. I would recommend anyone looking for a budget-friendly hotel that is comfortable and quiet.

Great value for the money. Location is good although it's 10 min walk to the mall of Emirates. Many restaurants ans shops are within 5 to 15 min walk.

During my stay, I had the opportunity to sample the hotel's in-room dining service, and I must say that the food was of the highest standard. My order was delivered by a young gentleman named Jasim, who was courteous, professional, and went out of his way to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable.

Awesome experience. The best hotel experience I had in al barsha in the past 3 years.
Wide rooms, clean and elegant. Comfortable bed, strong hot water in the shower..
Rich breakfast.
Professional - warm stuff.
About 5-7 min walk from the mall entrance.
