Ordered to surprise a friend but they turned up after the delivery slot and we missed the suprise. Also meant we couldn’t eat them before leaving the house. Grabbed a couple to take with us in the car and they were frozen solid. They kept going online and not reply when chasing - avoiding. Basic apology & no compensation in regards to my complaint

It's quite difficult to get in touch with them regarding refunds, and their customer care was unable to provide me with adequate feedback. I've been pursuing them for a week now.

Very hard to reach ,They dont answer land line ,Their online platform is not user friendly ,I called them three times on other mobile number to pick up a carrot cake which never in stock ,They dont deliver with any of known apps ,They have closed their branch in circle mall

These shouldn’t even be allowed to be called croissant they are that far superior. We got the chocolate mousse croissant and lemon meringue cruffin both absolutely divine.

The croissants and the cruffins are very tasty and I love the note of butter.
The pistachio cream good be better, as it tastes nutty, but not pistachio like.
The location was for me impossible to find, but they delivered to our apartment later.

The peanut butter cruffin was our favorite and just perfect.

Totally amazed by the kindness of Flour Girl: I ordered a cake by Instashop one evening for my son's birthday. Flour Girl called me back soon after to tell me that, unfortunately, they did not have the stock anymore. The guy felt terribly sorry when I explained it was for my son's birthday. He cancelled the Instashop order, and I got refunded, but he promised to deliver the cake for free the day after. I felt incredibly grateful for his kind attitude. As promised, a day later, a Flour Girl driver came and delivered the cake. Flour Girl, I had never heard of you until last week, but your kindness and your fantastic cake make me willing to order again and again from your bakery!

I'm a total fan of Flour girl! Badass female baker and her family. It's amazing that part of the purchase goes to charity, so by ordering delicious treat, we are helping a
homegrown business and charity! I ordered Some Cruffins and Croissants! I can't choose a favorite, they were all so delicious . Delivery was extremely fast, and the goodies did not even last 1 day in our house. Curious to try their cakes. And to be honest, all worth the calories, I go to the gym for the Chocolate Mousse Croissant
