Very bad service, I will never ever use them anymore
They failed me twice with the same customer.
English language is very bad, they do not speak Arabic.
Comunication skills the worst ever seen.
The driver says speed to the office and the office says speak to the deriver.
They do not deserve any star at all

poor service, it's a very big disappointment. if your planning to get their service, please guys don't!!! you will face problem with them and play with your package plus they will play with you.

Horrible service. My parcel was suppose to be delivered in one day, after following up with them multiple times. I was given the drivers number , who lies to me that he's called me in the morning to deliver the parcel which he definitely didn't. When I asked him to send me screenshots of the call which he never did and driver has an odacity to ask me to drive down 15km to his house to get the parcel if I need it today. Now even the office people ain't answering...
P.s: never use this company .

Very bad services. Please don't use Fly Express Courier I had bad experience with their service. the courier driver named Athif is very rude and the company kept on making reason why they are delay, they were pointing the blame on the driver and the driver pointing the company. they did not came back to me at the date they supposed to surrender the payment of the parcel. Dissapointing

This company are not responsible for their work. They don't deliver on time, guys you should not trust such a company. Shibl who was responsible for this order, he just put blame on me even. He doesn't want to take any responsibility. They didn't deliver the order and since 3 days my customers are waiting. Because of him the problem happens with the payment as well, the Fly express didn't bring my money. I have full conversation I can post as well.

Worst company to deal with, they are calling me since 10 days, every day one new person calls me and ask location, then nothing happens. Thier customer service is pathetic and rude, i hope some one take action agaist these kind of 3rd categery services.

Don't know how to treat costumers
Very lazy to pick up
Very harsh ????????
Mostly Abu Dhabi drivers
Massage on WhatsApp no reply
After reply they will not pick up

Driver keep asking if the box is big or small when i already gave him the exact measurement and picture of the shipment- difficult to transact with.

This company dont deserve even 0 star there should be a negative.
