It is always a poor experience you would expect from flydubai flights

Never on time
Ridiculously poor customer service , on ground and onboard

Look at the photos, over 100 people are chucked into a bus with outdated AC system. People are burning inside the bus outside the plan while the operations staff are chill and wandering around as if these people inside the bus are not human.
I feel sorry for the little kids who feel so sick being locked inside the bus for 1 hour
Nothing less than this is expected from this airline.

Your whole operations and service is an insane joke

We finally boarded the plane , we ended up waiting another 1 hour inside the plane with a ridiculously hot temperature inside the plane.

There is no AC operation inside the plane … passengers use the flight safety instruction cards to cool-down their temperature. ( look at the last photo uploaded )
So disgusting ….

Decent airlines with nice and small aeroplanes. They don't give free TV in their flights. Food is also less in variety and quantity when compared to Emirates. Flydubai these days are providing connecting flights for Emirates for small cities for better coverage.

Our trip with FlyDubai from Dubai to Jordan was completely and totally fantastic!✈️ The whole experience, from check-in to landing, was smooth and hassle-free. The flight attendants were welcoming and open-eyed, making sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. ????u200d✈️????u200d✈️

The best part was the delicious onboard meal that showed off to people the flavors of the area.???????? It truly added a special touch to the flight. The views from the window during the flight were amazing, especially when we approached Jordan, flying over the beautiful desert.????️

FlyDubai's (always being on time) was also worthy of compliments. We left/gone and arrived on schedule, allowing us to plan our schedule smoothly.✈️????

Overall, we had an amazing trip with FlyDubai, and it made our trip to Jordan even more unforgettable. We highly recommend flying with them for a stress-free and enjoyable travel experience!???????? #FlyDubai #TravelExperience #JordanBound

Should be good airlines, but the last flight from Riyadh to Dubai FZ848 30th Jan 2023 was delayed for one hour!
They are using the small terminal 2 in Dubai, which is not connected to the metro!

Probably the worst airline in the world. It’s not even cheaper. By the time you pay for your flight, luggage, food and entertainment you might as well fly with a good airline.

They will most likely be delayed, have rude staff and lose or damage your luggage and then not provide any solution to remedy their mistakes.

Avoid and all costs and save yourself the time, money and heart ache.

My recent trip with Fly Dubai was marred by a delay of 30 minutes, Then it took another 30 Minutes to take off and I am extremely dissatisfied with the explanation provided by the airline. The initial claim that the delay was due to an issue with the runway was clearly unfounded. It was evident to everyone on board that the problem lay with one of the passengers who arrived late or encountered some sort of issue

Throughout the delay, I observed this passenger arriving, making phone calls, and engaging in discussions with the crew. It was frustrating to witness the airline attempting to shift the blame onto the runway, only for the pilot to later disclose that it was actually caused by another flight's late arrival and subsequent paperwork.

Given the bustling city of Dubai, renowned for its exceptional infrastructure and organization, one would expect better preparedness and contingency plans from an airline operating in such a prominent hub. The reliance on a single runway and the lack of alternative options is surprising and raises concerns about the airline's ability to handle unexpected situations efficiently.

The presence of four individuals wearing yellow jackets, both inside and outside the aircraft, waiting for the passenger or addressing a potential issue, only added to the overall sense of chaos and disorganization. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and further undermines Fly Dubai's credibility as a reliable airline.

Based on this experience, I must express my strong dissatisfaction with Fly Dubai's services. The attempt to shift blame onto the runway, coupled with the lack of proactive communication and apparent disarray, leads me to question the airline's commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Fly Dubai and will be seeking alternative options for my future travels.

AVOID if you can avoid!
They didn’t transfer my luggage in Dubai - so I had to wait for it for 4 days. And my suitcase arrived all beaten up with a missing wheel and all scratched!
I even had to fill a Damage Report at the airport when I was picking it up (because the stuff members were quite shocked of how damaged my suitcase was!).
Now I have to buy a new suitcase for my flight back and flydubai said that they are not liable for any damage meaning I won’t get any compensation.
Such a shame. Really bad customer service.

The flight itself was good though- good food and really friendly and attentive cabin crew.

Though, it was delayed for one hour (from Italy).

My recent experience with Fly Dubai was less than satisfactory. The customer service was terrible; it seemed like they were more interested in squeezing out every penny they could from me after I booked my flight. To make matters worse, they charged me for overweight luggage just because I purchased duty-free items, claiming the plane was full and they had limited weight available, despite the plane being only half empty.

The staff's behavior was downright rude and unprofessional. It's evident that Fly Dubai has prioritized profit over passenger comfort. The addition of extra seats to the plane has made it incredibly congested, making it difficult for even a 6ft to fit comfortably.

Although they added screens, it was disappointing to discover that you had to pay to watch movies, further adding to the overall dissatisfaction. All in all, my experience with Fly Dubai was far from pleasant. I would think twice before considering them for future travel.
