Surprisingly, ticket prices on Emirates website for the exact same flight operated by flydubai were cheaper, even when I used esaad for the tickets! Radikha initially seemed unwilling to listen and constantly interrupting us, but she eventually understood our point and acknowledged the price difference. Overall, the experience turned out bad and I recommend comparing the prices online first.

Note: The location will take you to the back side of the office where there is no access, make sure you go from the front side.

Unfortunately the customer care is not optimal, I booked my flight today and had typing error in the name (one extra letter) and for that I had to call multiple times, send multiple emails and wait on line for so long to be told I need to pay 25$ to remove the extra letter, horrible customer care, my first n last time on flydubai… save yourself the hustle n book on a real airlines

Customer service is best, I came to know from them, credit card payment confirmation not required if tickets being paid by Apple Pay in case you are booking the tickets for someone else.
They have only one payment counter, which takes too much waiting time, they must provide alternative payment options like self payment kiosk etc.

I just applied for a transit visa for my wife and paid for my flight booking (since payment over the website doesn't seem to work). The process was very easy: I waited about 10-15 minutes, emailed my documents (no physical copies needed thankfully but I brought both passports), and then paid at the cashier. The gentleman who assisted me was very helpful and gave me his WhatsApp to remind him about the visa application. He said it would take a few workdays to process and I'd get the visa over email. Hopefully all will go well and I can update this review when it does.
Be aware, there is a 3% fee for payments by card.

STAY AWAY!!! WORST AIRLINE IN THE WORLD - RUDE STAFF
Today I had one of the worst experiences of my life.
I arrived a few minutes after the gate closed and the staff named Mufid refused to let me board.

Please note: THERE WAS NO CALL, I was at the business lounge neither anyone urged me and another passenger to go.

I am a Gold member and in 3 years of traveling it never happened that I was treated so poorly.
The staff member was extremely rude, refused to help, he literally told me "It's your problem, I could not care less, find yourself a solution" and even put his hands on top of me grabbing my phone (it’s on CCTV) as he was refusing to provide me with his identification number.
I really had to control myself as he was extremely aggressive and acting like a mobster.

There is no staff on the ground, I was left there and no Emirates employee would take accountability for it.

Nobody should be treated as I was treated today, I will take legal action against this company and their employee.
I also sent them an email and their response was " we will investigate", not even apologizing for the inconvenience caused.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS IS THE LEVEL OF SERVICE OF FLYDUBAI.

YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO REPRESENT THIS GREAT COUNTRY, SHAME ON YOU.
