I usually have a second thought on ordering flowers online due to "expectation vs reality" issue.
FNP amazed me on how they put up the flowers/ cake exactly how it looks like in the photos on their portal. Also, the price is very affordable and reasonable.
This will be my online gift shop from now on!

Amazing service from start to finish! Easy to use website with hundreds of value for money options - very clear!

Plus I love the added feature for putting set messages inside the cards (that’s makes it even more awesome!)

I ordered the flowers 5 mins before 12midday and they were delivered same day before 4pm! Like WOW just wow!

I’ve been receiving flowers, cakes, balloons, and stuff toys from my partner using FNP for years. I gotta say, FNP knows how to arrange their gifts in precious ways. And the cakes – yummy.

Although this year on my birthday, I received the flowers a bit wilted (the hydrangea part). I took a picture to show my partner (as I normally would when I receive the gifts), and my partner contacted FNP immediately to let them know the flowers were wilted. Within two hours, they delivered a new one. Customer service, I’d say, acted immediately to resolve the issue.

Whenever my birthday is coming up, I’m silently expecting an FNP on my doorstep.

Horrible experience for Father's Day. I ordered a personalized box of chocolate for my husband's first Father' Day. I attached an image of my daughter and husband to go along with the box, as they advertise for it on the website. What my husband received is a melted dirty box of chocolate with FC Barcelona logo on it. The bags were all dirty with melted chocolate. I'm so disappointed with the service they provide. They advertise for a product that they cant deliver. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Whilst I was satisfied with the overall service and do recommend them as a gifting option, their delivery times and logistics need improved. The recipient was happy with the quality and taste of the cupcakes received), it was exactly like the picture option I chose. I was kept updated with text messages once the order was placed and out for delivery, but wasn’t too pleased about time of actual Delivery. Ordered cupcakes for a friend within the same city as a belated birthday present ( around 12.11 and for same day delivery was given a slot of 5-11pm). Got a message at 4.50 pm that said item is out for delivery and will be delivered between that slot of 5-11 pm. They delivered it around 10.45pm fifteen minutes shy of slot closing time ?. I understand that it was within that time slot but why deliver so late?, almost close to peoples bedtime. Of course the recipient could only eat the cupcakes the next day. I have used them once before for an international order as well and delivery time was a bit late back then as well. Overall the quality of the products is good though.

Awesome cake and awesome customer service! Loved the cake! Thank you so much Mr Arun for the good gesture! Exactly like how I wanted it to be! Excellent! Today’s experience has changed my view about FNP. Will definitely order from here always and will suggest FNP to all my family and friends!

My daughter love the cake! It looks exactly the same as in the photo online and it taste good too. Was just little disappointed with the delivery I paid extra for it to delivered between 7-9 am and it came last minute, 10 minutes before 9am and I had to call the customer service and follow up.
