Absolutely enjoyed our mid week break at this fresh & chill multi-cuisine restaurant called #FocusRestaurant located at the @hyattplacedubai ????

A Glocal Dining, delicious multi-cuisine ala carte restaurant.

Their colorful & clean ambience will surely catch your eye while you enjoy their glocal food offerings being made in the massive live kitchen.
The fresh aromas & tossing of the food in front of your eyes will ensure you build a great appetite ..

While waiting for your next course , you can enjoy your food with some lovely wines they suggest OR delicious smoothies , and end your meal with some scrumptious desserts

I went here for an Iftar buffet. They had a beautifully laid out buffet which included soup, starters, salads, main courses and desserts; plus plenty of beverage options too for AED 89 per head. There was ample parking available in the basement.

What a bad dining experience considering it seemed like a new hotel/restaurant. We went for their Iftar buffet and were extremely disappointed by the stale and tasteless few food dishes which were laid out. Their meat items literally tasted like eating cardboard. To top it up we were charged AED150 per person for using Entertainer 2 for 1 deal, whereas their Iftar buffet price is AED99 (as mentioned on their website and even outside the restaurant). Nowhere was it mentioned about higher prices for using Entertainer. The duty manage at the restaurant was also rude and clueless. So all in all a pathetic dining experience for our group where we even ended up being charged 50% higher than normal customers, for using Entertainer. Considering the tough culinary competition and food options in Dubai, I don’t think they would be able to attract much outside dinners other than the ones already staying at the hotel. Also don’t know who those poor souls are who have rated the restaurant as 4.7. Don’t trust this rating anymore.

We went for iftar as a group and we loved the food…everything tasted good and tge price was a bargain using the entertainer at 150 pp B1G1
The spread was not much but it was enought and nowadays tge quality of tge food and the taste matters more than the number of dishes

Also soft drinks, ramadan juices and tea and coffee were also included

All in all my guests enjoyed their iftar and the staff were friendly and accommodating to all our requests

I highly recommend you give it a try

Lovely place and friendly staff. Food was fine too.
They don’t have a feeding room though. But overall was a nice experience.

Friendly staff, great food. I basically eat only breakfast for almost whole month. It was always something interesting to pick. Loved it. Even due coronavirus times, staff help you to enjoy the breakfast.

Late and had to ask me for directions in an area I don't know. 15 mins late arrival both there and back with no call or text to let me know, had to call the office both times. No traffic on the way back just 'busy' I assume picking up and dropping off others that haven't booked... then quoted me more than I was quoted in the phone. Won't be using them again. Good points was clean car and safe, but being on time or notifying of lateness is very important in the service for me.

Terrible service. I booked a taxi to catch a train the day before my train and taxi didn’t show up, they told me there was no booking. Avoid if you can

Never post negative reviews but this was AWFUL.

Pre booked for a morning pickup for a friend going for an operation. Gave them his landline number and everything confirmed.

Calls my phone after the arranged pickup time to say he will be 5min/is late. I said ok I will call the person to let them know. (Not sure why they are calling me as I specifically gave them my friends number so they don’t wake me after being up in A&E until the early hours).

12min later I call back as my friend said no one had arrived. The driver tells me he has gone as he has waited over 15min and no one arrived (physically impossible unless he can time travel).

He asks if I want him to come back but will be longer - I told him no thanks cancel the job and put the phone down. The driver calls me back and starts calling me a “wanker asshole”!!

I call the office to complain, he tells me the same story and that I was rude and abusive first and that they have recordings of all calls - when I ask for them to send me a copy to prove this he wouldn’t give me an answer.

Never received such horrific service from a company. If you’re going to overbook then at least don’t have your staff verbally abuse your customers.

I’m sure this review will be met with some comeback - once again I ask for evidence that you were on time, waited over 15min, and were verbally abused…. Because you can’t.
