Hidden gem in Dubai for srilankan food.
Delicious food and the quantity was good for 2. One chopsuey with rice is more than sufficient for 2 people and loved their butter fried cuttlefish. We were unaware of the quantity and ordered the food but later had to pack it.

I highly recommend food shack as the owner takes personal care when taking orders. The food is of high quality and value for money with delivery as well. It’s a typical authentic Sri Lankan food. Always the owner takes feedback in a positive way to improve herself to deliver better to the customer.

Amazing food and service! Reminds me of home cooked meals. Keep this up guys, you are my go to place for super Sri Lankan or Thai food. You must order and try their Sri Lankan bites by the kilo when those sudden visitors turns up to dry up your stock of spirits. It was real value for money and yummy ????

If you're craving Sri Lankan food, this is a great place to go. The prices are fair and the portions are generous. However, the seating area is small, so it may not be ideal for dining in. Nevertheless, the Sri Lankan flavors are authentic and delicious. Additionally, they offer monthly food packages that provide a variety of meals for the entire week.

Amazing food, it’s rare to get authentic Sri Lankan food, but food shack has got it right.

Well Food Shack, I had one of the best Sri Lankan Style Lumprice Ever (Though It’s a Dutch & Indonesian Favourite). Includes Yellow Ghee Rice Tempered with Curry Leaves and Lemongrass , Chicken Lampara Curry, Fish Cutlets (Fikadelle), Eggplant Moju (Pahi), Boiled Egg, Seenisambol and Maldifish Sambol (Belacan) Wrapped in a Banana leaf. What a Perfect Treat ‘Twas ????

Food Shack is always consistent in the taste and delivers on time. Many times I have ordered the Food Shack sawan. It’s a complete course accompanied by many side dishes and a dessert. I must say the portions are amazing too. The rice is moist and does justice to your taste buds. If you order from Food Shack, try the deviled chicken, fried beef and hot butter cuttlefish too. You won’t be disappointed.

First time to Food Shack and first time to try lamprais and was not disappointed. Food was flavourful, good quantity and they make you feel welcome. A little hidden gem in IC.

Really good service, on time, very chatty , helpful driver. I rang them, they even rang me back on my mobile, because they were out of the office. Text me when car was on its way. Would definitely use again xx Happy ????

Used this company at short notice when my car broke down at 6am in the morning. Answered the phone within a couple of rings and were more than happy to help me out of my predicament. Very friendly woman driver called Teresa. Would definitely recommend.

Needed a car fast in Burstwick, Teresa was there before i knew it, got a text to say she was outside, reasonable price and friendly service , despite some local whinging about her parking outside my house...will use again!
