Delivery was 40 minutes. I expected it to be 15 to 20 minutes only.
Food was cold, and the softdrinks is cold as well. Very bad experience.
The delivery guy was asking for cash I said I want to pay by card..

Cold food, drinks is very warm

Nice place to visit with good ambiens good customer service I love the food shore cafe restaurant! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is friendly. You have to try the falak juice and anguz burger it's amazing!

Our fattoush salad had a live worm in it, so we sent the plate back and the managers excuse was “sometimes our tomatoes have worms in it”. Our camel burgers were also dry and completely unlike the picture. The pomegranate juice was pink and also unlike the picture, and tasted diluted/not like pomegranate at all. They offered no form of compensation and the manager did not apologise.

Wonderful customer service from Gayasha .She was patient and attentive to her customers.Great food and drinks.Always passing by to enjoy their meals.
