Amidst all the negative reviews I have seen for this place, I have been a regular customer of the Mirdiff city center footlocker branch. Mujtaba attended me today and he was extremely polite and patient in helping me choose the right shoe. The collections are good enough and the offers at the store are reasonably placed. A definite visit for people, this place is really worth giving a shot for all those people who are looking for quality shoes and apparels.

I have bought shoes twice recently. on both occasions they wanted to add a bag for AED 10. I accepted the first time and next time I refused. They will say its a policy of the company. don't accept it. Its a scam

Good Shop and good items, but the staff are so lazy to check the stocks of Nike Dunk on their system. Saying immediately busy without checking it, even I am willing to pick up the shoes on my own.

Worst customer service you could ever have, they change the price of the products without changing the tag and expecting people to still buy. Very disappointing shopping experience.
