It’s bad experience. Because my friend booked a room he’s a just visiting in dubai and he’s booked a room.

I’m going to visit #FortunePlazaHotel.

When he booked the room it was in his brother's name and when I visited he was alone.

The person who booked is not staying there, his friend is staying after booking, when I went to see him in a room alone they are saying visits are still always available at this time.

My opinion is that no one who comes from outside should take a room in this hotel because when you go to see them they will say that visitors are not allowed but only for the person who has booked so why the rooms in this hotel.

People who come from far away and take a room here say that they can't see their friend when they come. Thank you for my opinion that no one should take a room here.

Good place, but the front office staff could try to be a little more friendly.
Seem to be trained not to smile or be warn!
At the same time, housekeeping and other staff are too good!

As you can see from outside its looks clean when you already inside the room looks fancy hotel but the cleanliness so disgusting we didn’t sleep well because we got itchy from the sofa and the blanket bed so dusty they didn’t change at all we didn’t expect this kind of hotel..so disappointed!! worthless for leisure..we need to find the nearest pharmacy for the medicine and the staff they don’t care at all.

From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted by an unwelcoming and indifferent front desk staff. Their lack of professionalism and disinterest set the tone for the rest of my stay. The check-in process was slow and disorganized, leaving me standing in the lobby for an excessive amount of time.

The staff is extremely non-cooperative and disrespectful particularly Devi and harindar. I had a bad experience here and would not recommend people choosing this place for their stay unless they are okay with the staff behaving rudely with them. If only I could give negative ratings.

Extremely horrible staff. No idea how to be hospitable. Can't even smile when talking. They shout at you for asking questions. Devi in particular is one rude sad man.

Staff I dealt with. Devi, Harinder and manager Preeti. Avoid them at all costs.

It was fine for a 3 star hotel. The room was clean and the beds comfortably. We only needed to use the room to get some sleep before our connecting flight, so we didn't want to spend too much money. Didn't try the breakfast. The aircon was a bit noisy and didn't cool much. But it was in Jan, one of the coolest months, so it was fine. There are a few little shops nearby to get some food. There is also an Indian restaurant in the lobby. The taxi ride from the airport was about $10
