Although it is spacious, and despite it is new building, But the material quality used is really low, which causes a lot of issues very soon which end up getting the maintenance people every while which happened to be not the best.

Bedroom AC is really weak.
General Roles that everyone signed on in the contract not applied.
People living in not clean.
Building not clean.
Fire alarm goes off quite often.

Definitely not going to renew and my advice is to stay away from this Building.

Very poor building made with low building materials. Extremely Poor Maintenance team cannot identify a the source of water leakage for over a month now. Water leaking in the bedroom room ceiling. Management is good until some problem comes up and they don’t even respond to calls or messages, to solve it. This is happening for over a month now and no action has been taken to fix it!

Don’t move in here, you’ll be left alone to solve your problems.

Very dirty building, the hygiene is not well maintained. The elevators walls got footsteps marks that have been there and increasing by day, not to mention the dust. Cleaning company is not doing the right job, there is no sense of disinfectant whatsoever. AC duct transfers food smells from different households. The swimming pool is very dirty that flies and insects are developing. We complained to the management several times but with no hope at all. I will keep on escalating this issue if I don’t see a change and this will go to a higher management.

Very Good location and below of the apartments has different shops, if u need anything u can find there. Between 2 Metro stations is very close both of there. Management is really care about tenants. I like that bulding

Good layouts, near supermarket, but not family-friendly with no playground area for kids or a properly designed pool area which is not cleaned regularly and has no place to sit. Higiene is a big issue in this building, with usage of smelly dirty mops on the floor and pigeons all over the open area as someone is constantly feeding them here.

Stay away!!! Poor maintenance, people don't seem to care about cleanliness, the tenants leave their things (stinky shoes, garbage and other items) in the hallway in front of their door and the management doesn't seem to care or able to do anything about it. In the garage, the tenants throw away their garbage on the ground instead of using the available bins. The place smells really bad and it's generally dirty.

The Dubai Municipality REALLY needs to take a look at this place. Cleanliness gets a 1/5 at best! (insects, odors, elevator and lobby area, garbage disposal room - its just unacceptable!), maintenance is a 1/5 at best!, and facilities is another 1/5!!
Steer clear!!!

imagine this is the swimming pool most time like this , full of algae and smelly !!!, and when you complain to management no answer no response...
