Placed my first order 2 days ago to give it a try as their prices look good. I got debited, and delivery was scheduled the next day. I wasn't delivered yesterday, and wasn't informed by phone or even email that my order was delayed or cancelled.

I have been contacting them since via their chatbot and email, nobody has replied to me. I don't know if this website is just a scam or customer service is inexistent.

They are fantastic ???? super fresh fish and prices are unbeatable for their high quality and delivery is next day. Really great value for money. They also have wide range of different type of fish either fresh or frozen. Fresh sea bass fille is a winner for my 1 year old boy. He ate it with such pleasure. Our favorite from now on are fresh sea bas fille, frozen jumbo prowns, mussels and fresh squids and looking forward to taste other fish.

Ordered octopus and dover sole.
Octopus was fresh and they took it out from the ice box at my door step.
And I got a call from the staff explaining me about dover sole on the market was not fresh and given me options of cancel or try again on next day.
Very impressive !!!

I will order regularlyand will refer freshcatch.ae to my friends.

I cannot comment on their products but the customer service can improve a lot more. The attitude is appalling. Seems they will deliver my item only if I order a certain weight and above!!! That is not the right way to talk to a first time customer.

Ordered for the first time and impressed with the great service, the packaging was perfect and delivery next day. We will order some more for sure!

They have good quality at reasonable prices.
I always pay on delivery which has been super convenient.

Had friends visiting for the weekend, suggested this place as price was reasonable (high end of reasonable), and says it includes breakfast (free). It is a B&B (bed and breakfast), after all.

On arrival, just after the 3pm check in time, there was no one there to check them in. Phoned the number and told they'd be back in about half an hour and to come back then. Bit silly, not manning check-in, at check-in in hours.

Next morning our friends went to see about breakfast. No breakfast they said, even though their entry on here states in two different places that they do breakfast free (or included in the price). Our friends had to find somewhere else to have breakfast at extra expense, so not as cheap as it appears, and not a B&B, just a room for rent.

Bit of a let down for us Hartlepulians. Won't suggest them to visitors again when they don't offer what they advertise.

Stayed in this lovely B&B for 2 night in august 2021 for my first trip to Hartlepool.

I can highly recommend to stay here it was a lovely warm welcome very polite and friendly

Very clean and tidy building and room

Will definitely be returning in October 2021

First time visiting Hartlepool/Seaton Carew. The hospitality is great. The value for money is brilliant. And I would definitely recommend and stay again

I stayed in May 2019 and the service and price was excellent, the breakfast was very generous and the host was very friendly. You also get a car parking permit which is helpful because it’s all restricted parking around the hotel. I would definitely stay again if in the area ????

Great place. Landlady looked after me and made a sandwich for me to take in the morning. Room very comfy and clean. Would definitely try to stay here again if working in the area.

Stayed here numerous times, Fantastic B&B, great host, great room, great view...I'm going to try and get back next month.
