Nice supermarket with lot of selection of all required items. Also it contains a small electronics shop with all necessary items like phone covers, battery banks, speakers etc. Fresh Fish is also available with cleaning facility. Very dedicated staff with prompt delivery.

Staff is nice
Most negative review about delivery but the people are living near by so they should walk to the store if they want something urgently .

Had a very bad experience today. First I ordered yogurt and they delivered the item which was going to expire the next day and delivered an item other than I ordered. Then I had To go personally to replace and a salesman behaved very badly … such an attitude is not accepted

Worst delivery. They took 2hrs to deliver the item. Also they brought an item which is different to what I ordered.
Delivery guy was irresponsible and asking to order in different shop, if we ask why they brought different item????

I order at 10:50 to make the food he accepts my order and take my details the he didn't send the order and i try to call him many time from 11:45 to 12:30 then i call the manager to fix my problem

Order from Fresh Leaves if you dont want your items delivered at all. They are doing time pass with their customers or pranking by saying they run a supermarket and this is not the first time it happened to me. Here I'm sharing my horrible experience ordering from Fresh Leaves yesterday 3/5/22. I ordered my items at 8'45 pm to make dinner. When I didn't receive my order by 11pm I called them again and they said only 2 drivers are available. When I asked them why they didn't inform prior he said if you want you can accept the order when it comes or return it in an uncivil and rude manner. Instead of apologizing he was challenging me which ended up in a heated conversation. Finally when the driver arrived at 12am he was at the wrong door and I never received my order. I tried contacting their manager, Mr. SUMESH who was too busy to talk to me. Is this the way you treat your customers? I don't understand how this 'so called' shop is still open where customers are treated like their slaves. I WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO THE MANAGEMENT.
