It was good but apparently the business is struggling financially and they have become horrible.
The price discrimination is ridicules.
the keep increasing the prices.
Recently the have removed all the price tags from shelves and by that they are violating the UAE.
They refused to add price tag.
The fruits and vegetables are overpriced and not fresh.
Their main source of orders comes through online orders.

They should be careful as soon some one will complain to department of consumer protection.

Final words: avoid buying from this store.

Very bad service and very rude cashiers and expensive compared to other supermarkets

Deliveries are always wacky, you have to be very specific with the items you need check the price points before requesting a delivery and ALWAYS check the fresh grocery because they just love to slip one bad item in the bag of your produce

Fifthly store old supplies not fresh at all! poor customer service and the staff specially the cashier is just horrible

They are not professional on the phone while placing order, they don’t know how to speak proper English.
