I recently visited this restaurant and had a great experience. The beef biryani was definitely the highlight of my meal - it was cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of spice. The portion size was generous and I felt like I got great value for my money.

Aside from the food, I also appreciated the reasonable rates at this restaurant. I was able to enjoy a delicious meal without breaking the bank, which is always a plus.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was also pleasant and welcoming, with friendly staff who were happy to make recommendations and answer any questions I had.

Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious Kerala cuisine at a reasonable price. If you're in the area, be sure to stop by and give their beef biryani a try - you won't regret it!

i just visited the person on the cash counter he dnt have any manners to talk to customer i was waiting there in the que to order but the guy not listnig to me when i say brother can u plz listen to me amd still no response then i again say brother is it good am waiting here from 5 mnts you are not listinig to me then he start shouting and bad words to me ir was last time i visited it imagine if everyone have same experiance what will happen to the person who invest there so there is a humble advice to the owner for every business plz welcome the customer dnt use bad words to customer

Poor customer service, no proper response to customers.

If you order biriyani they will deliver mota meals set.

No delivery staff, no good taste food.

Ordered a Chicken Dum biriyani.. was good but a bit dry … here they have very good fresh milk tea too

No delivery service even with in 1 km and reception guys are worst in service to customers, or for talking.

I don't recommend this for indian or anyone.

WORST RESTAURANT EVER!!!!!! We ordered 5 Egg Parata with vegetable and cheese. What we reserved is the opposite. Plus its taking too long for the delivery.

PS. the delivery guy told us, he will never take any order from us, customer service eh????

Good food, but the service is worst!!!!!!!!!

COME ON SAINSBURY'S SHIRLEY!!! TOGETHERNESS!!! PRETTY HOT STUFF!!! YOU HAVE TO BE!!! NOW I'M GETTING MY MAIN MEALS FROM YOU GUYS!!! I'VE BEEN SHOPPING THERE LOT'S I SWEAR!!! AND ONLY MAYBE ON AVERAGE A COUPLE OF UNEASY PART SUSPICIOUS DAYS ABOUT THEM!!! BUT I'M BACK FROM THAT DOUBT!!! IT SEEMS TO BE NORMAL IN THERE AGAIN!!! KEEP IT UP PEOPLE!!! WELL DONE!!! XXXXX!!!

As usual good staff very helpful this Sainsbury's has a few items that's not on sale here as it's not as big as Badgers farm Winchester Hampshire but alround good ????

Very depressing outside as there was so much rubbish been thrown outside the shops and fly tipping.
So sad!
This place needs a very good regular cleaning to keep the place looking nice for the public.

Everytime I go in there's a lady called Gaynor on selve serve. She really brightened a dour day today. She's always so cheery and helpful and was yet again

Prices arnt bad, decent size shop but not a fan of the lay out, often I find myself looking longer then I should need to for items.
They have a nice little merge with Argos in store, more of a click and collect store then a full range.

Worst customer service ever. Some agressive person now wrking on the self checkouts gatekeeping the bags who isnt suitable for dealing with customers. Also rude staff on tobacco counter.
