Each time I come to this shop I get disappointed because they do not have prices listed! It's ridiculous to have a shop without prices. First time they opened I was excited to see they have a big section of protein bars, unfortunately for me it's a big incovenient each time I need to check the price for a product I need to go to the counter how much does it cost. Such a waste of time, they must put prices. If they would I would come to this shop and and do my groceries as it very close to where I live.

Disappointing market, really a shame. I was there when it opened and it just really went downhill. Staff is rude and quite incompetent, most nicotine products that they sell are not genuine and they don't bat an eye with selling to minors in my experience. What really made me NEVER want to come back is the constant sneaky "rounding up" of the prices when you pay by card. I scanned the drink at the barcode machine and at the cashier for 8.89 and the staff put in 9.00 in the atm machine like I wouldn't notice. Place never seems clean either, just a big heaping mess.

The staff in the shop are very friendly & polite. Ashiq is full of smile & helpful. He has got great customer relation & always welcoming.

The service is terrible. Be careful when they are charging you, double check what amount they put in the atm machine.
I requested water from promotion. The staff confirmed the price by WhatsApp. The order was delivered after 51 min, even though we are in the same building. I followed up few times where is the delivery, they said 2 min. Then another 20 minutes passed - not coming. Then he said: I will call him now. So then why telling me 2 min, if you haven’t checked?
But the problem happened when they charged more than agreed. Sms came later, so when he left, I asked why you charged this??? He said this is new price from today. I said I have confirmation from you in WhatsApp for promotion. He just repeat: this is new price. No apologies, nothing. I will try to catch the manager and see if the policy from him or from the staff. The thing is not even the amount itself but attitude and no trust to this shop.

Be careful if you're a tourist. Prices aren't listed on anything. I paid $90 CAD for eggs, bananas and 6 energy drinks.

A bad smell is hanging around there.

Also they dont put prices on the products, why? So they just make it up at the cash register. This is cheating.
Where is the consumer protection authority?
