I went last week with my friend, I took massage and Moroccan bath package from Entertainer (one hour for two was 400 AED). This is the worst massage I ever had if it can be called massage, for Moroccan bath - it was much worse than massage: I felt very cold, the girl put in a second soap then removed, for 5 minutes turned on steam, then she came, it was very cold there, she even did not rub me as it is supposed to be. I asked loafer and tried to do it by myself, she was standing in front and waiting me to finish fast, even not giving time to wash hair, as she told the time finished. When i came to dress, the girl was standing and telling about her life… finally I left that horror freezing room. I waited in the reception my friend. He came satisfied, he told that for him everything was opposite. Moreover it is strange medical center and there are no massage desks, only low bed mattresses. Anyway bad experience for me, but experience.

It’s hard to find the place, it looked closed when I entered. Receptionist is nice and professional, however I had Sara for 60-minutes Thai massage. 1) It wasn’t Thai, 2) She massaged only one side of my back and forgot to massage the other side and, it seemed that she had no clue what she was doing (at some parts I got scared that she could actually injure me). 3) She massaged me only for 45 minutes, made excuses to leave the room and even made a 5-10 minutes phone call during the massage. On the other hand, my boyfriend had some Asian lady and was satisfied. That’s why I’m giving 2 stars

This is the worst place ever, I don’t recommend it to anyone. All masseuses are not professional, they do any thing just to let the one hour go. I have been told by a masseuse that they get very low paid and that she’s waiting for tips. I can’t believe I’ve been in such place, and I have no idea how does it exist in the entertainer anyways. First and last

I'm surprised to have read negative reviews about this Spa that is so ACCURATE as to my recent experience. The receptionist Maks, tried deceiving us thinking we were a tourist that can be easily fooled when he said he gave us package with discount wherein it can only be availed in Cobone with lesser price. Second thing, I was assigned to Sara who has completely no idea of her job. She finished the massage with a soft RUB on both my legs and a bit of my back. She finished it earlier than 60mins not to mention she has excused herself for 5mins going outside and checking her phone while doing the massage. I swear, I just wanted it to be over! All of those actions, that girl (Moroccan) did are totally red flag for me. I have booked a room for couple (Me & mysister were together) and the way she behave being rude to the other MT (Thai girl) is just so shameful.
Her calling customer as sister, and not covering the client with a towel (I still have to request while laughs) is a total screw up. Sara has no clue of her job.period. Who knows how and why she stays there long. On the other hand, Jasmine, the one who massaged my sister is real knowledgeable about the massage. She is thai. But overall, I would never comeback in this kind of place.

Very difficult to find, parking was not easy to find at all. Lady sneezed on me before starting and it was not a Thai massage, was like a child rubbing my back and arms. Lady also started to talk to me and asked me what do I do for a living, asking my salary and talking about her personal life as i try to relax. Not again
