Inspite reading all the review we went there and even on the weekend where we tried calling other joints were full. We managed to get a table and the receptionist guided us on the phone and also gave us membership card. Iwas pretty satisfied with the service

The pool hall is good but the hotel staff where the establishment is located are racist.. if you are Arab it is ok to bring scooter in front entrance. But if asian they want you to enter through the basement back door

Its un responsible peoples when i go there its closed after after i wait for someone more then half n hour after i go down and ask with reception he will aay he dont know its not a good words very bad experience for me

BAD EXPERIENCE, NO CARE OF CHILD SAFTEY , NO RESPONSIBLE STAFF .

The worest ever place i put my child in. No care or responsibility by staff been provided . It was my child alone in .after that a hyper active child been entered i am not sure if his mom paid for entry coz she seems to know the flipino staff there. Her kid stop my child of playing any where no matter any place she will go he will follow and block her way . Through her playing cubes while mom and staff wasnt doing anything. I heard my child screaming she told me he is not allowing me to play !!

He step on his hand and feet while no one care !!

My child didn't played as supposed.

In addition how did that child mother get inside the play area next to the kids and sit there !!

No one but kids supposed to be inn !!!

Careless non responsible service

Even no one take my phone number when i get the child in !! What if anything happen for children.

Being from same nationality mom and staff there not supposed to let her in with kids area

Or

Maybe being in for Free i dont know !!

If this a SAFE PLACE for kids than staff should let mom out and try to play with the other child who prevent my daughter from playing.

My child told me please mom he is bothering me while the other mom said my son is excited its ok !!

I wonder what if i wasnt around watching my child what will happen more !

Paid money and my doughter couldnt enjoy

I have been going to lot of places but this place staff is unprofessional, bias and prejudice , it’s free for only phillpino people. If you want to get stress and hear constant Tagalog language than should go there . Very unprofessional staff
