One of the worst customer service,
My friend was so happy to celebrate his son 2nd birthday, Hall booked, decoration, MC, Dj, food and the kids and family members everyone is ready to celebrate and wish the little angel for his 2nd birthday.
But our bad we order the cake from these guys, and its not a last minute booking we booked 10 day's in advance to deliver the cake before 7pm.
And reminded one week,one day and in the morning/afternoon of party day,
Even though the cake was not delivered on time, whenever we call they will tell us 20min more.
Birthday boy and the kids already started to sleep, then I ran to near by cake shop and brought the cake before the kids sleep.
Do you know what time cake was delivered?
It was 9pm and with one passenger car,(no hygiene, no health & safety)
I never recommend anyone to order from this shop.
