I bought a lot of stuffs today Aug 5, around 5:45pm in Gala Karama branch with mostly heavy items, canned goods, boxed mix etc. I asked for assistance to help me carry the 3 full bags, but no one bothered to help. I live in the same building by the way and it wont even take 15minutes of their time. So disappointed with the customer service.

Today I went to Karama store to buy groceries as regular. I bought so many things. But your staff (ID 57250) is not helping to pack up in bag and she is showing attitude.
Is this the way we get treated.
There are many groceries which will give good service.

Great prices to get all basic needs. Came back many times to get water, mangos (delicious) and some cakes/cookies.

I dont want to comment about items inside the store and about the prices its all common in every store sorrounded but i want to complain about this gala store burjuman exit 2,,its just like a hunted house no staff no cashier when i went to buy detergent so i just left
And 1 thing i notice cashier are not friendly,,,they are always in bad mood everytime im going to buy something
Hey take note u just oppened for a few months u should know how to make strategy how to get costumers.not like this
