Please train your employees at centres properly, so they are aware about your services. I have called your your office at City Centre Deira to inquire about refresher driving classes and employee informed me that I should come and register and advised me her working hours. When I arrived to the office she told me without any sign to being sorry and any attempt to apologize, that she "received" information that she cannot register me and i need to go to main office. No apology was extended.
I have called another office at Dubai Shopping Centre and employee there commented that registration can be done at any office and employee at City Centre Deira gave me wrong information. He mentioned that he would do reconfirm the information and would call me back. An hour passed, no call received.

The training service is tiresome. Please keep aside at least 6k AED prehand before starting the training program. However, there are some genuine employees in GMDC, who are keen to serve the customers. I happened to meet Mr. Mubaris who was really helpful in booking the classes and also tests. I have attained my license today(10/7/2023). Mr. Mubaris happened to be genuine and trustworthy whole throughout the process. Anyways, all the best for all the candidates seeking license.

Professional service with very helpful staff at Deira City Centre, specially Mubaris who helped a great deal in getting my driving license process as smooth as possible. Alhamdolillah got my license in the first attempt. Wish them all the best and keep it up ????????

Excellent service from Mr. Mubaris he is so helpful, friendly and supportive. This branch for gmdc is great cause of him. i already take my license without any failures, all test passed from one time. Thanks to Galadari ???? and special thanks to Mr. Mubaris.

Galadari motor driving centre, A fantastic organisation! Great cutomer support from beginning to end of the process. Especially Mr. Mubaris CSR from deira city center branch, I would recommend them unreservedly
