Worst Management Ever!!!
Before leasing an apartment I spoke to the agent ‘Property manager’ apparently and submitted all my documents . My sister and I were supposed to live in the apartment. After submitting all my checks and documents they tell me the management has rejected the offer because the building is only for family! Is your sister not your family ? For them family is only a married couple with children !!! i provided my bank statement with more than sufficient funds for all my cheques and still the offer was rejected
They say no commission and direct from landlord which is all misleading they are still charging 1500 for ‘management fee’
The owner is supposed to pay to manage the property not the tenant !!!

The rent of 1BR shows 34 K with no commission but when went to the site to rent 1BR they changed the conversation and said 1500 AED extra for admin fee (means commission) and that was a very misleading and bad to advertise and announce something and reality is something different too.

Worst building i’ve ever lived in ! The material used in the building is very cheap and gets broken easily ! We literally suffered from bathroom pipes gets broken easily, the wardrobe once got broken, and although i asked for them to come and fix, they took so much time to come. Moreover, they used to have a visitor parking, but they have stopped it so that the watchmen can play rockets or football. There is no good parking to park your extra car, you can only park in kachra area. Plus, they say it’s commission free, but it’s not, they took from us 1250 on top of the rent. And now at the end of the lease, they deducted from our security deposit 1200 for painting and maintenance. and when they gave me the parking key, they told me to also pay 300 deposit for the key, the bathrooms are small, the closets are very very small, can barely fit clothes , there’s no enough drawers. Furthermore, the building is the most distant building in the area, and u’ll get very annoyed with the other buildings being consutructed because it’s not a developed area, u’ll wake up from your sleep due to other buildings being constructed

It’s seems Brand new building but very bad material been use. First rain water is comming in from glasses , send email but no response .
So many parking been reserve and use by staff staying in Building. No commission but there is 1500???? Great wifi???? But no use

Nice building.....
Nice views......
Nice flats. Gym is best part of building. The building has complete professional gym. Swimming pool is also good. They have building maintenance all the time in building 24x7 hours. Building is very neat and clean.
