Very nice bar at the heart of DIFC. The area itself doesn't have anything that's not special. This bar is cool, their theme is you guessed it, a bar with a ceiling full of bright stars. The bar itself is small and kind of compact. You'd have to reserve obviously, and they'd provide you with a table for 2 hours, then you might have to move to the bar. The service is impeccable especially with waiters like Ali, who's been very helpful and friendly!
They are know as the top 45th bar in the world. With some other awards that i don't recall, all i can say is that their drinks are delicious! But the drinks are tiny and kind of overpriced! But in any case it's a nice place to be and the vibe is fun!

Probably my favourite bar experience of all time, though it cost quite a bit:

- Service (prior) was excellent; I requested a same-day reservation via email and they responded within an hour. Service (during) was excellent as well - extremely attentive, gave great recommendations, and explained the story behind each drink
- The menu was gorgeously designed
- the decor was gorgeous: the ceiling was covered with twinkling constellations
- only low point is the price (90-110 AED per cocktail), which is by far the priciest cocktails I’ve ever had (and I’ve been to many cocktail bars) but perhaps it’s the cost of all the above

Extremely worth it, all in all.

NB: I went on a Friday at 9 PM. Not sure how clubby it becomes later at night.

Last night I visited Galaxy Bar for an event. I absolutely loved my experience. The bar is stunning and I enjoyed their martini, wine and finger food. I definitely want to visit again and try the other cocktails.

First question, is it worth the hype?
Am not sure. Its a great bar; uber chic with an amazing ceiling and the bar itself is the centrepiece. Bartenders know their craft.

But, if you are expecting a speakeasy cocktail bar, its not that. Its more of a nightclub ( a good one at that). The crowd is very typical Dubai Bling for most parts. So if you are in a mood for a posh after party, dress up and give it a shot

Only bar that I keep going back to in Dubai. Speakeasy feel among the sea of Dubai’s sensory overload places. Drinks are expertly designed, pre-batched for speed and shaken / stirred / thrown a la minute. Definitely need to visit

Galaxy Bar gives you some of the most unusual and delicious cocktails. They are out of this world! The waiters knew each cocktail and helped to recommend the right ones for your taste.

Visited Galaxy bar recently, & had a great experience. Really cool venue- wonderful vibe. The cocktails were fantastic, even the off-menu ones recommended by the staff.
The staff were also wonderful- very knowledgeable & really fun.
Our visit was slightly earlier in the evening, so the atmosphere was quite chilled.
I would highly recommend a visit, & would definitely go back!

We just dropped by to have some cocktails after dinner and to celebrate last night! 06.07.23 We asked what suits for us (something sweet) and the lady attendant is so responsive and suggested the cocktail drinks! Cosmos club for my bestie and Goddess of Nature for me! It was perfectly made by the bar staff there and they were all very professional and friendly! Service is really great overall! ????????????
