I visited the Dubai mall branch today. Had issues with size of shirts. Martin was very helpful in service & swiftly assisted.

Very nice apparels and it's strategically located near the aquarium. The most amazing thing is that there is baby gap for baby apparels.

Verynice store. Helpfull staff that is willing to do the "extra mile" for your convinience.

Pricing is not the most affordable, but reasonable though.

Good varity of clothes at Gap store. Decent sale and discounts given. Only negative is that they only offer exchange n no refund on sale items. As of today it is 40% off on everything so its not selected items, then why no refund given. I was wanting to buy stuff for my kids but couldn't ... due to this clause????

Taxi booked in advance for a gig, 4 weeks in advance, my partner confirmed this numerous times prior to Wednesday , even earlier on the same day he was double checking things and agreed pick up etc. . Taxi was a no show. We were told it was on way and was 15 mins away, we left it half hour and called back and was told no taxi... Absolutely unacceptable, we had to wait an hour and half after gig to get another taxi which we are so grateful for this was uber ????we had to pay more but we eventually got home safe, total disgrace. I would not reccomend and won't try to use again, very dissaponited and how my partner was spoken too by the operator was a complete joke, he was purely checking to see where the taxi was. I'm glad we booked the next day off work as we should've been home for 12pm and did not get in till after 1am due to this.

Booked a taxi night before for airport 04.30 (for 6am flight). App said “confirmed” but when no sign of a car I phoned. “Sorry we’ve only one driver and we don’t know when he will pick you up!” Had to get my wife to take me. It’s not the first time and it’s not good enough. Johnstone TOA CANNOT be trusted for early airport pick ups.

My 92yr old mum was moving from her sheltered flat into a Care Home. I booked a wheelchair taxi for 1:30pm and confirmed it the day before. I couldn't get mum's wheelchair over the door of the flat so my husband did it for me and he went back to work. We waited in the car park for the taxi. A white taxi labelled Paisley Taxis turned up at 2.25pm. When I said we booked TOA, he said "I am TOA". No mention or apology for being 55 minutes late. My elderly mum was pale and cold, despite being well wrapped up with a jacket and blanket. The warden from the sheltered flat phoned TOA a couple of times and at one point was told the driver was having a problem with his tyre. The whole experience was awful and I will never use this company again. It added to an already stressful day.

Very reliable and always courteous drivers. Great app keeps you up to date with when your taxi is on its way. Text alerts also. This is the only taxi firm I use.

Booked taxi for airport run, you know, the airport where the time you arrive is kind of important.
Called and booked 7 hours in advance. Operator accepted booking, assured me that I would get a call back and that the driver would be there on time.
Needless to say they were a no show. When I called to enquire the (different) operator told me that they can't take bookings.
If you can't take bookings then maybe tell the customer that instead of pretending that you do.
From reading other reviews it seems like falsely confirming bookings is standard practice with these guys. Such a strange company policy.

Booked taxi on Saturday night, driver arrived at 00:38 (when we received the call) and we arrived outside for them by 00:39, there was no car, we checked the app and the trip had been canceled, no clue why the driver left, they didn’t even give us time to get to the door, called the main line to enquire, I was told that it was my fault because I must’ve canceled the ride myself, I explained I hadn’t opened the app since booking the taxi and she said oh well the driver will have another job it’s an hour and 40 minute wait now… unbelievable, i tried to ask her what she could do on her end considering we had a taxi booked and it wasn’t really our problem what the wait time was, she didn’t even bother trying to re book a taxi for us, absolutely abysmal service, no skills with customer care at all, how do they expect to stay in business when speaking to customers like 2nd class citizens, i then hung up as I was tired of her attitude, we then booked with Renfrewshire cab company, taxi was there in 5 mins, I highly recommend using them instead,

TOA- 0/10, unbelievably disappointed

Best Taxi service in Renfrewshire. Drivers are a lot more friendlier than the others. In talking to them they are also paid fairer than the other big companies.

Pathetic! Blocker 3 taxis 2 weeks ago and got to the night and had nothing! Absolutely pathetic!!! Not worth the hassle! Not worth the hassle. Bloody pathetic! Worst taxi serves in Johnstone
