Great location to stay in dubai, fully green community

1BR and Studio apartments. Descent place. Lots of hotel staff accommodation and partitioned bed spaces here . Residents can access The Gardens on the other side of the road where lots of greenery and walkways and open spaces are a highlight . Swimming pools at the gardens are not accessible to the Apartment building residents. Rent is reasonable.

One of the best family living community in Dubai ,IBN Mall and metro station very near just 10 min walk new metro station also just 10 min ... grocery stores and clinics ,pharmacy and schools near to gardens ...play ground and swimming pool access free to residents

Best place to stay if you are a resident. Very green and jogging tracks and gardens for your daily exercise dose. 10 minutes to happening place like marina,jbr and the beach
