The main issue with Building no 86 is their chiller supplier Techem .They will steal the money from you by creating fake invoices .The money transferring to Techem is going through Oscar real Estate account .I'm a resident on building 86 and bad experience with their chiller supplier .
I'm attaching the fake invoices they created during January 2022 .Later when I found out this issue they have done Payment reversal .Beware of Techem team if your going to be resident in Building no 86 .

It’s a beautiful serene community providing amenities like huge parks and clean blue pools that are cleaned everyday. Lush green chambeli and lavender low rise with so much to gaze in the skies. Morning bliss is sounds of birds chirping just outside in the balcony. It’s a true beauty close to nature with ample parking space and the best thing is place to play and outdoor activity for kids and adults at the same time.

Under Nakheel, a good and cheaper accommodation as compared to other places in Dubai. Surrounded by all natural plants and trees.
Children park, play ground, swimming pool, basketball, tennis, valley ball courts, cricket ground.
1 bed 2 bed and 3 bed apartments

You have to climb the stairs whatever is ur health status even if u r dying because this is the only building in gardens that has long stairs
