This garage was recommended by my insurance for a minor repair. The member of the staff that handled my case was polite and seemed competent, however none of the work has been done.
They could not find a bumper replacement and so offered painting only - the paint job was terrible.
Instead of polishing scratches - the car was returned with a new very visible scratch.
The car was there for 5 days and a quick job was done on the 5th day - hence the mess.

They will claim big money from your insurance money and then weld your damaged parts under the hood to temporarily fix it and they will lie to you that it has been replaced.
Speaking from experience, find yourself another garage.

The insurance company recommended 3 repair works and I chose because of the proximity, but I must say it’s bad experience after waiting for 7 straight days.
Not even single update and they will only start the work after we follow up.
Make sure you follow up everyday after leaving your vehicle or else they will only start it after you chase.
I was initially told, the vehicle will be ready after 5 days but even after 8 working days the job is not done and not sure by when I’ll receive.

I had given my vehicle at Gargash Auto for rear bumper damage repair of Mazda CX5.
Works were carried out very professionally by the team. Especially I would like to take this opportunity to thank & appreciate the technician Mr. Zaheer(Denting and paint) and Mr. Adeel( Wash & Clean) for excellent works and being supportive for the client requirements.
I would also thank Mr. Rithesh for all the coordination and timely delivery of the car.

I had an accident in November 2021, and under the direction of RSA, Gargash's affiliated insurance company, the accident was repaired at another store.
Then in January 2022 when I returned from my trip, I visited Gargash to prepare an estimate as instructed. However, he took the liberty of preparing a paint-only estimate for a significantly lower price and abandoned the job, without looking at my paperwork, considering my circumstances, or checking with RSA. Therefore, I was not able to receive the repair money I had paid them upfront and lost over 5000 AED due to his irresponsible work.
His work that was too unkind, too headless to think, and even more unscrupulous.
