It's a brilliant showroom, the place is set-up perfectly - and very visually appealing. The plus side, which Dubai lacks in general, is that the staff's extremely attentive and knowledgeable.

I'd point out specifically to a gent named Dev, who from the moment I walked in till I walked out provided an incredible experience - He was extremely welcoming, detail oriented and provided me with all the information I needed. Thank you, we need more of such people in here.

All staffs are very friendly and outgoing.

Through my purchase process of my first hatchback A35, thanks to Mel and Dev, who were so supportive during the whole process, I got my car very fast.

The team is efficient , fun to be with.
Their coffee shop and restaurant are both delicious.

When you're buying a brand new car, vehicle quality, dependability and reliability are a critically important factor to evaluate. The one thing that everybody wants: a RELIABLE set of wheels.

All characteristic that electric MERCEDES cars DO NOT HAVE…therefore, considering it as the worst car company that I have ever encountered in my entire life.

9 months ago, I bought brand new electrical model EQC and in less than 2 weeks, car stared to exhibit some bad failures with AC, forcing it to stood in garage and service, more than it was in traffic driven. It was all happening during summer season, with temperatures hitting almost 45’. For 5 times, Mercedes could not solve the issue and repair the brand new car, causing me to suffer physically and emotionally while getting heat stroke each time and ending up in emergency.

Mercedes staff and personnel?! Where to begin? Horrible, misleading, rude and untrustworthy people that have only one goal - to sell you wonky cars and after that they vanish. With all that being said, I was totally grossed out each and every time when I was forced to communicate with someone from Mercedes.

My nightmare is still not over yet because of huge financial loss, plus I was still tied up to Mercedes (unfortunately) so the only possible trade (with huge additional payment) was for another electrical disaster - model EQE. After 2 months, car exhibited the same AC fiasco issues like the previous car and service was “not able” to identify the cause of failure and they returned the car back. After couple of days, the most terrifying thing happened during the drive, while car was breaking itself on the highway, with average speed 110 km/h. I will never be able to forget that life threatening disaster that put me in a very close risk between life and death.

Not only that trauma that happened, but even more mental pressuring and insulting my intelligence while asking - did you drive well? Or did you accidentally press any button? Or the worst one - nothing bad can happen if someone hit you from the back…are the things that I’ll never be able to digest and surely they should withdraw all electrical Mercedes cars from the market! I am not sure if someone need to DIE first before them realizing that they are actually jeopardizing everyone’s life that way.

I would never ever recommend anyone to even think about all those cars because it is not only about stress and mental disturbance, it is about safety of your own life and everyone else in the vehicle. They’ll probably fix all those issues when pigs fly!

Awesome showroom with top service!!! The manager was very welcoming, friendly and professional. He gave us a lot of time to explain and fulfill our dream car requirements. Best experience ever.

We were having a walk and not planning to buy a Mercedes, passed by this beautiful showroom and went inside to have a look and ended-up buying a new family car. Thanks for the team and the showroom supervisor Mr. Ala for the great tour and buying experience we received.

My husband and children took me on a bird watching trip for a birthday treat and we had a fabulous day especially as the weather was so good. The trip lasted over 5 hours, we saw loads of birds (I think about 90 different species!) including quite a few kingfishers and a lot of seals as well. The Boston Belle is a beautiful, comfortable boat expertly sailed with inside and outside seating areas. Drinks and hot and cold food are served (the bacon butties are delicious!) Many thanks to our skipper Pete. I am looking forward to having another trip next year.
