NO good service food take long time to arrived and food so cold already and incomplete set for my meal not recommending this restaurant to order online!! In polite phone operator also!!!!

At "Garlic Route," you'll find delicious Indian cuisine at affordable prices. Their Charcoal Chicken is flavorful, and the Beef Varattiyathu, Vellapam, Chicken curry, and shawarma are all delicious options. It's a great restaurant for satisfying your Indian food cravings without breaking the bank.

My colleague and I tried their grill which was pretty decent. I enjoyed it could use a bit more seasoning but overall not bad.

Dear Garlic,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the quality of food and lack of response from your establishment during my recent visit. The food that I received was subpar and did not meet my expectations, and when I brought this to the attention of the staff and owner, no action was taken to address the issue.

To make matters worse, I had paid good money for this meal, and the fact that I received such poor quality food left me feeling cheated and disrespected as a customer. As someone who values quality and service in the dining experience, this was simply unacceptable.

As a paying customer, I expected to receive at least some level of compensation or apology for the poor quality of food and service, but that was not the case.

I hope that in the future, your establishment takes customer feedback more seriously and works to improve the quality of food and service provided. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling unsatisfied and unwilling to return to your restaurant.

Hygienic food, quite a good ambiance. Liked the idea of table napkins, they give, having puzzle games to play while you're waiting for food.

I ordered food and it was delivered to me after 45 minutes even after delivering 45 minutes Late food wasn't hot . Don't have manners to speak they have so much attitude . Staff was very rude.

Worst restaurant, I am regular customer here still again and again I am getting worst response from the employees all the time.
Really got irritated.
Some of foods are avarage some others really bad...

It's is one of the best spicy chicken shawarma i eat. And it is also the best shawarma in al nahda. Shwarma is good. Service is a bit slow.
