I don't normally rate parking lots, but what even is this mess? I've been parking here for years and on my most recent visits, it's just been a mess.

The process of getting a ticket, validating, and leaving used to be so smooth. Now, they've enforced all sorts of rules that cause constant traffic jams at exit gates. The smaller parking lot also has ticketless parking, which when you try and validate, is literally just a message from the staff saying "I'll open the gate for you, just tell me". Wouldn't be so bad if that same staff member didn't tell me to come back in and pay, while I was in my car at the gate... The ticketed parking isn't any better. They're just so rude for no good reason.

Never had issues here before and loved how efficient the whole thing was, but whatever change they've implimented here has just made parking such a pain...

By far the most unorganized car parking facility. Month on month the parking situation gets increasingly worse, staff are unhelpful and unapproachable with a lack of basic organization skills. The mall management parking exceed 50% of the car park with roughly 5 spaces at a maximum being used. On top of this there is a restaurant Neem that take up a further 30% of the parking spaces and have an extremely aggressive valet staff who is not afraid to put his hands on your car or shout in your face if parked in a spot preserved for them as instructed by gate avenue staff. It is an absolute shambles. Expect to sit in an hours worth of traffic trying to leave the car park due to poor mismanagement.

Now that there’s renovations, it’s become a real mess. And it’s only 1 hour free parking. I parked for 3 hours and was mean to get the first hour free but got charged for 3 anyway. Staff were unhelpful.

Kudos to the parking staff standing at the entrance .Guys, take a moment to appreciate them while they hand over the parking ticket next time you passby.

Half of the carpark is close and they dropped the free parking to only one hour. Won't be going back

Really horrible experience due to construction works. Had to find around for 90 mins to find parking due to closures

1 hr free. Even 5 seconds more than that ,you have to pay.

Half the lot has closed - It has been sold to build a new hotel. Very overcrowded.
